Awesome Experience:) I went to Zumbrota Ford to see what they had and ended up buying a 2014 Ford Escape...lol. When I got there I wasn't sure what I could or could not qu I went to Zumbrota Ford to see what they had and ended up buying a 2014 Ford Escape...lol. When I got there I wasn't sure what I could or could not qualify for, but I can tell you that I didn't plan on driving off the lot in a BRAND NEW Ford Escape! I can honestly say that buying a car has never been so much fun and EASY!!! Bob and Greg made it one of the best experiences ever. There was no stress and LOTS of laughs and I think that I would have felt bad if I hadn't bought a car from them!! I am a strong believer that sales and finance people should make their customers feel relaxed and comfortable....well, I can tell you, these two had NO problem with that! First, though, you need to know I drove 16 miles out of Rochester, MN to avoid dealing with the nearby dealership which really has a service problem, they are 7 blocks from my home and shall remain nameless. Chris was wonderful to work with, haven't met such a sweetie since my friend in StClairShores who sold me my last three Fords. Make sure you ask for Chris Hayes!!! I had spoken to the boss, Mr Johnson, Mr Remmey on the internet, and today the "Credit Queen" also known as Kristin. It's hard to believe there are so many nice people in one place. I didn't even catch the name of the gentleman who brought me a pop today. Take my advice and drive out of town and buy your Ford from ZUMBROTA FORD. More

Sync MyFordTouch Update problem. Had a problem with Sync MyfordTouch update on 2014 F150 on Saturday when Service was closed. At home, I followed all instructions online, downloaded required files, unzipped, and tried to install update on truck. Update started, then Black screen and nothing worked. Todd Fitzgibbons went way beyond normal help, found the problem with the update (flash drive issue & issue with unzipping files), fixed the problem and got me on my way. . Very Satisfied! More
