I have done business with Steve over the past 24 years because he is very customer oriented. He truly lives up to his "Dealer for the People" mantra. I have always been totally satisfied with my car buying or service experience with Zumbrota Ford. Steve's devotion to the customer is also reflected in all of his employees. As an example, Todd Fitzgibbons delivered the new Explorer to us-he was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles features and was able to explain and demonstrate the operation of the features with clarity, always being attentive to all of our questions and offering follow up tutorials at any time. Todd was willing to spend as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with the vehicle operation. Further, three days after we took delivery Todd called us to find out if we had further questions and how we liked the new car. Gregg Thompson, the finance guy at Zumbrota, was equally helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain our finance options as well as extended warranty options. He also was very deliberate in making sure we had a good understanding of the finance aspects of the purchase. Again, taking as much time as we needed to gain the understanding and make our decisions.. Zumbrota Ford makes the car purchase and service experience very pleasurable for us.
