We bought our first brand new car ('14 Ford Explorer) from Todd F. and Drew O., and it was a smooth and easy process. We explained what we wanted and they listened. This was the third vehicle that we purchased from Zumbrota and the second that Todd was our salesman. Drew assisted in the purchase and did a excellent job in showing us the vehicle and keeping us informed throughout the process. We stopped in to Zumbrota Ford to select what they had for options for our family for a new vehicle. Drew O'Rourke was extremely helpful in giving us a few options to work with. The experience was more than satisfactory and by far the best service we have ever had. Normally when we have gone to a dealership to look at purchasing a car it is a very uncomfortable setting involving a lot of pressure and negative stress. We didn't have that at all with Drew, he was very honest and straight forward and yes he was trying to lead us in the right direction with purchasing a car and finding us the best deal he made it in such a way that was pleasant and positive. He help us figure out the best car that would work with the best price point. He covered this on a few different cars and wasn't in a hurry to have us make up our mind.
