I think a good resolution for this situation would be a free detail job that could be done in and out on the same day the car is brought in. We purchased the car new from Zumbrota ford several years ago Jane 507-273-9353.

I do not have a Ford Focus I have a Ford Titanium 2018 this is another mistake on your part and it has already been fixed so to have it detailed a date would have to be set up I don't think it needs a shampoo any place, just a good cleaning in and out inside doors, windows, mats etc.

Jane, I apologize you have 2018 Ford Edge. Titanium is the trim level to indicate the equipment on the Edge (leather, heated seats... items like that). When is a good time to have your Edge cleaned? Is this going to be something that makes you satisfied or are you going to continue to be frustrated?

If you want to detail my Ford Edge for free to to make this resolved I can bring it in Thursday 21 or Friday 22 any time just let me know where to drop it off and can I wait for it or do I have to have some one come pick me up. Thank you
