Plenty of no pressure, just here's the info...and plenty of follow up on if I like my ride. I had never visited a Carmax before but was in the market for a new car and discouraged with traditional sales lots and the pressure to make a sale from the salesmen. I found a car I wanted to test drive, it for a new car and discouraged with traditional sales lots and the pressure to make a sale from the salesmen. I found a car I wanted to test drive, it was in Utah so I had it shipped to Washington state because it was the exact Acura I was looking for. The price was reasonable for the car and the shipping, and the communication was great. I had updates as it was traveling to me, it arrived within the expected time frame and was ready for a test drive within 48 hours of arriving in my city. I made a 24 hour test drive appointment with a salesman, and he was prompt and friendly and i was out the door in 25 min for a day of deciding if the car was what I wanted. I ended up purchasing the car, my trade in was quick and easy and I love the car! I bought MaxCare and between that and the 10 day return policy and 30 day warranty, I feel that it was a smart and safe purchase. Shout out to Kevin and Paul for their great customer service! I would highly recommend CarMax. More
