When I’ve purchased cars from other dealerships in the past, the process took so long and the information provided to me seemed convoluted. Ryan Valenzuela called me on a Monday morning after I had left my callback number the previous Sunday night. I met with him that Monday morning at 10:30. He was very professional, polite, well mannered, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and made the purchasing process easier than I had ever experienced. I will surely keep his card and contact him when I make my next Honda purchase. More

I came and I knew what I was looking for and my price range. I was pointed in the direction of Soroush, and he made my car buying process super easy. Lupita Finn treated me like straight trash. I get not making a deal, heck I even get being frustrated as a buyer. But how is it ok to shut down your customer before they finish speaking? To imply other people are paying for the car other than the person who applied for it cause they are “young”. To suggest going somewhere else just because of a slight pricing disagreement? It sad because I saw other reviews so when I got her I thought it was pretty good, yet I don’t think I’ve ever been treated worse anywhere.
