I am disgusted at the way I am being treated after I got an 2016 altima SL in June 2024.I am being ignored by the salesman Ron C and the general Manager Steve B. They refuse to get back to me after texts, phone calls and email. This is not the way to treat a customer. I guess they no longer care after you get a car from this dealership. Whenever I email I get a reply from Amber Wilson who I beleive is a bot because its the wrong subject and says the proper staff will get back to you. Not true. I asked a simple question and all this could have been avoided. Also, I wanted the vehicle maintance records for my car and was told they will not fax it to my home or email it to me, that I hahve to pick it up. Makes no sense. I am very disappinted at this dealership and thought they were better than this. I also had a question about upgrading the car but I think I will take my business elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! The rating I gave in this review is for this situation, not at the time of the sale. More
