Quick lane failed to honor my 4:00 appointment for an oil change, etc., while serving walk-in customers who may have arrived before my appointment time. I arrived at 3:45pm and at 4:30 my car had not been mo change, etc., while serving walk-in customers who may have arrived before my appointment time. I arrived at 3:45pm and at 4:30 my car had not been moved toward service. If you are not going to honor the appointments you set, what’s the point. Apparently I would have received service at the same late time with or without an appointment based on the fact that “you are just really busy with walk-ins” to quote your manager. More

Poor communication and customer service. Called ahead to check coverage under warranty of issue I already had diagnosed and the service writer said it was covered. Scheduled for service to b Called ahead to check coverage under warranty of issue I already had diagnosed and the service writer said it was covered. Scheduled for service to be performed and asked they order the part before so I wouldn’t be without my truck for days. They said they could not. My wife dropped my truck off they told her it make take a day or two. 5 hours later they called me and told me my warranty had expired, I told them I would pick my truck up but they charged me $99.95 for a diagnosis that I had already done but yet they couldn’t perform because they had to run to regents before they could diagnose the problem. Now that my truck is supposedly no longer under warranty that will be my last dealings with this dealership! More
