I got there and there was a Salesman- Frank who was outside and asked if he could help me. From there- they worked with me( Frank aptly doing all the paperwork that was needed to make the sale if the numbers all meshed???? Ex...calling insurance company to switch ins, giving me a quote on what they could offer me for my trade, etc.. When it was all said and done- they took my car in trade and gave me a very fair deal! All staff were very professional and courteous. Brett the Sales Manager took time and explained what all the paperwork meant. He answered my questions and did not hurry me through the experience. On 4/1/2026 I had dropped off my 2024 Ford Ranger at Davidsons for some recall work. The truck arrived with grease/oil stains all over the headliner. I emailed them regarding the matter, they quickly scheduled me for a complimentary detail, to which they solely cleaned the headliner and it STILL is stained. This results in my vehicle losing value as the interior condition reflects that. No further attempt by Davidsons has been made to correct this issue to make me whole. More
