Ash, the sales agent was very considerate to my time and was able to keep the cars I want to test drive ready so I spend more time driving and enjoying other than doing paper work. I like to get vehicles and drive them for couple of yrs and trade them in and try something new. They are very honest in letting you know the trade valve in 2yrs, so its easy for me to make future purchases from them. I have gotten the following cars from them, benz cls 550, benz 4x4 550, lexus rx, jaguar xf, bmw m5, bmw 650, audi a6, etc.. and yesterday I got the 2013 jeep wrangler unlimited. He was very helpful and easy to work with and didn't try push you into buying a car if you weren't truly satisfied with it which added to the overall experience. There were a couple issues with the car such as minor scratches and the tires almost bald, but he ensured that he would fix anything that needs to get worked on and he did so that was comforting. They are pretty busy there, so at times Adam was pulled in a lot of different directions with other customers, so you do have to be patient, but overall it was a good experience and I would recommend someone else to shop here. I was looking for a certain make, model, and color and e car one had exactly what I wanted. So, I flew in and they had a driver pick me up at DFW. I went in met with Dylan and we took the vehicle for a test ride. That's all I needed, and made the deal. Dylan was personable and professional throughout the process, which was only about an hour! We (management) did have slight misunderstanding concerning the aftermarket warranty and I spoke to the sales manager after the purchase and it was remedied quickly. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! I heard about ECARONE.COM on the radio. I've been looking for a car that I would keep for a long time. I was checking out the vehicles at the local Mercedes dealership but decided to give you guys a try - and I am so very glad I made that decision. I saw this car in the very color I wanted, the list price, and compared it on True Car.com. It listed the price as GREAT. I called the local Mercedes dealership to see if the price could be matched. I only did this because I really didn't want to have to drive from FtWorth to Carrollton for a car. The exact same car with a few more miles was listed $5000 more at the local dealership. The salesman was not willing to match the price, so I contacted ECarOne.com; shortly thereafter Elias S called me back about the car. He told me the car was in transit to the dealership, so I put a deposit to hold it. I was notified when it arrived, made arrangements to test drive - to which I fell in love with it. Today I picked it up and the whole process was truly amazing! I told Elias that I without a doubt I would for sure recommend him and ECarOne.com to my friends. It was truly the best car buying experience EVER. Oh - and don't you just love this Lunar Metallic Blue color??? More
