I took my 2017 RX350 for an Oil change only service.
This was a horrendous experience with both service manager/rep and the actual service.

Very good experience getting a loaner.
Excellent car to drive. The map screen is really unfriendly, especially compared to our RZ450 model; but my iPhone does the job.
Overall very happy.
