I had an unusual noise coming from the front end of my Malibu, so I drove to the dealership and asked if they had anyone who could take a look at it. Rick informed me that they were slammed with work, I c Malibu, so I drove to the dealership and asked if they had anyone who could take a look at it. Rick informed me that they were slammed with work, I could have the car looked at the next day. I said that would work for me. Before I pulled away, Rick came out and we test drove the car so that he could hear the noise. He clearly heard it and suggested that it was a front wheel bearing. The next day, Rick called early in the morning, confirmed it was a wheel bearing and that they had the parts. I asked Rick to verify that the repairs were covered under my extended warranty. Rick called me back in 5 minutes and verified the coverage. Bottome line, car was repaired, ready for pick up when I got there after work and no cost to me. Rick has always been very friendly and professional in his interactions with me at the service counter. Rick even makes my wife feel comfortable when she has brought our vehicles in for service.
