Last week online Lewes Nucar posted for sale, a 2009 Nissan Frontier truck, 18,000 miles...$18,500. I called & was put thru to a salesperson. I inquired of the price & the salesman said the prices were Nissan Frontier truck, 18,000 miles...$18,500. I called & was put thru to a salesperson. I inquired of the price & the salesman said the prices were fairly firm, as they were well researched & priced competitively. If not , he said, their phone wouldnt ring. The truck needed warranty work done, so as soon as the truck came back to the dealership, he would call me. He did call me several days later. I went & test drove the truck, they appraised my present vehicle for a trade in. The following morning I went to see the vehicle online again, it was missing from online. Later that evening, I sat down to review their offer & low & behold their proposed selling price was $19,500! They had put the vehicle back online for sale again at $19,500!...The salesperson also said the truck was traded in by a middle aged couple. I asked Craig, the sales manager, said the owner had died & his two daughters sold the truck to the dealership. Bottom line....honesty seems to be an issue with this dealership. I told the salesperson on the phone & emailed them too about the circumstances surrounding my experience. I never heard back anything. They dont seem to care, so therefore, BUYERS OUT THERE....BE AWARE....THEY DONT CARE!!....should be their motto. They lost a sale from me & my mother was looking for a caring car dealer also. Today I purchhased a new Frontier truck from a caring, courteous, honest dealership. I take delivery tomorrow, now my sister is buying a car & my mother is purchasing a high end SUV from this caring dealership. The way you treat your customer always affects your bottom line.....its the trickle down affect.... More

We get an appointment quickly. Very professional and friendly staff. Waiting area is outstanding with comfortable recliners and 2 massage chairs and TV and beverages/snacks. So relaxing almost have to friendly staff. Waiting area is outstanding with comfortable recliners and 2 massage chairs and TV and beverages/snacks. I take my Chevrolet Cruze in for interval services (along with a recall), to only Lewes Automall. I absolutely LOVE the fast service and fair prices (even though I could sit for hours in the spacious waitin with a recall), to only Lewes Automall. I absolutely LOVE the fast service and fair prices (even though I could sit for hours in the spacious waiting room with bigscreen tv). I feel comfortable leaving my car in the hands of Lewes Automall technicians and feel as though I get my money's worth after every visit. Also, after my car is worked on, a technician leaves a comment card on my steering wheel. I believe this is a great idea! I feel more personally connected with the technician that has been taking care of my "baby". I definitely HIGHLY recommend this dealership to all family and friends, due to the stated facts above. I promise you won't be disappointed! More

I went to Lewes Auto Mall hunting for a Chevy Equinox and Daniel Jones was my sales contact. I told him what I was looking for along with color and additional options. He hunted on all dealerships in the nea Daniel Jones was my sales contact. I told him what I was looking for along with color and additional options. He hunted on all dealerships in the nearby area and after about 2 weeks he found the exact vehicle I was looking for and I was really pleased with the deal I got. Daniel got the car for me and then showed me how to work the bluetooth options and he actually paired my cell phone for me. He has contacted me several times to make sure I wasn't having any problems and about how I like my car. I think that Daniel went way beyond what most sales people would do and I really appreciate that. I have used the service department a couple of times for oil changes and I'm very happy with them. All the people in the service department are very friendly and they keep you up to date on when your car will be ready. Overall, I would and have highly recommended Lewes Auto Mall More

I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH MY PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER SHIP. It has been a few months since I've bought the vehcile and it seems like every day I dislike the car more and more. It is a 2008 Chevy Malibu, which It has been a few months since I've bought the vehcile and it seems like every day I dislike the car more and more. It is a 2008 Chevy Malibu, which I would never recommend to anyone, suprisingly because Chevrolet has been the past two vehicles I've owned and loved them both. This Malibu is slow when merging onto fast interstates and highways. The overall vehicle does not come with any special features that makes it unique. Anyway, the selling price of the vehicle was sold to me a 15,995.00 After only taking 900.00 dollars of the selling price and me being desprate for a vehicle, Bryan had put SO much rediculous pressure on my mother and I to purchase the vehicle ASAP so that he could squeeze in ANOTHER SALE before the end of the month ( which is monthly income ). After finilizing with paper work and extra warrentys and whatever else they tried to sell us, the final cost of the vehicle for a 5 year loan and ONLY 6.24% intrest rate the total came to 22404.00. As I'm looking at the paperwork now, I can do nothing but regret ever so much that I purchased this vehichle from LEWES AUTO MALL. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. THEY WILL WORK YOU IN WAYS YOU WILL NEVER IMAGINE !!! More

There is nothing else they would be able to do to correct the error. We traded in the GMC in December that appeared to be a lemon as a result of our experience. They seem to be on the correct path for future customers. More
