Bought a Forester in March. I had asked for a 2023 and was told they could have it for me the following Monday. I went in and next thing I know was told that they had a 2025 t I had asked for a 2023 and was told they could have it for me the following Monday. I went in and next thing I know was told that they had a 2025 they would bring down from PA. I do believe I was set up as the the salesman left the area and the one next to him started talking (on the phone ) about increasing the prices of the cars due to the tariffs. Well, of course I felt panicked and got the 2025. Also Ryan had told me that there was a charger and unfortunately do not remember what the other item was that he said I was getting. NOPE Had to go back for that too So far, I have had to upgrade the entertainment system twice which has not fixed the problem Apparently a pebble must have hit my window and put a crack down the center and they claim it is not under warranty. I have less than 9,000 miles on my car. Subaru is well known for their substandard glass and I now understand why. I have had many cars in the past and NEVER had a cracked window from an actual stone hitting it. MY advice.......STAY AWAY FROM THEM. IG Burton service department was the worst I have ever dealt with and will NEVER go there again. Can't wait to get rid of this car!!!! More
The worst dealer experience I've ever had. I'd give no stars if I could. Not only did they fail to pay off my trade-in in a timely manner (close to two months) when I bought the car from them, I'd give no stars if I could. Not only did they fail to pay off my trade-in in a timely manner (close to two months) when I bought the car from them, they denied my comprehensive warranty (never get those) claim on a failed section of my wire harness and tried to charge me $4k to repair the damage. What was the problem? Three wires broke and I repaired it with an $11 dollar connector that I was able to purchase on Amazon. Took 1 hour and light soldering skills. They wanted to replace the rest of the harness, including who knows how many unrelated wires. They wanted me to submit a claim to my insurance company for the money. Don't go here for anything. More
