My appointment was set the day before with D. M.. The day of my appointment, I drop off my car an hour & a half before my appointment time. The day goes on no communication from D.M, I called to g M.. The day of my appointment, I drop off my car an hour & a half before my appointment time. The day goes on no communication from D.M, I called to get an update on my car, told me he does knows has reach to the technician this about 1pm. I called back after 3pm. D.M is busy helping another customer. So I speak with a lady named Katie..she just tells me they ran a smoke test about 12ish that all she could see in the computer...(remind you its after 3pm ) & D.M would have the rest of my car results. I asked about car rentals & closing hour. She answered my questions then put me on hold, then transferred the called. Someone picked the call then hungs up. About 20 minutes go by D.M sends a text message & leaves a short voicemail saying the car is ready for pick up, no explanation on wrong with the car or what the technician did. I called D.M back about 4pm waited on hold for 12 minutes, hung up. I called back, I spoke with D.M, I explained how unsatisfied I was with the service received and the lack of communication. He replied with , I only charged you once for diagnostic test/ smoke test. No leaks.. But it's the first time you're telling me this about car & now you say its ready for pick up...What's the cost for today? I asked....noted. D.M. is not professional & lacks communication with customers. I never experienced this at John Lee Nissan Panama City & I will not be back. More
I took my Infinity QX80 in to get a diagnostic done after the check engine light came on for a p0174 code They supposedly fixed it and said it was good to go I paid them. 1200 miles later in another state the check engine light came on for a p0174 code They supposedly fixed it and said it was good to go I paid them. 1200 miles later in another state I find out that the check engine lights back on for the exact same issue. I go to another dealership get a diagnostic and when I get home after 3 weeks because I needed to work they tell me that they're not going to rediagnose the car unless I pay them because another dealership tried to tell me that it was oil leaking on the wires to cause the problem More
This please is horrible and dishonest I took my z there after an accident and they gave an estimate of 6046 to fix my car a week later they changed the estimate to 29000 for things that did not need to be after an accident and they gave an estimate of 6046 to fix my car a week later they changed the estimate to 29000 for things that did not need to be done to the car , and refused to fix after I declined to do the extra work I went and talked to the gm and he did nothing and Chris and the collision manager are horrible people to deal with they think that they can just talk any way to people as a local business owner, I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience, if this is how they treat people , they should not be working there , More
This is a very dishonest place for servicing your car. My wife's 370z is a cream puff with only 30,000 miles and it is her baby. They stripped out the oil plug, and fixed it by putting blue thread seal and they also broke the plastic underbody, right below the drivers side door. I had them leave it on the lift so I could see what they did, and Mike, the Service Director, said I had no proof that they did the damage. I reported all of this to the General Manager, Erasmo, and he never called me back. What a poorly run company. As a business owner in Panama City, I will absolutely tell all of my customers about this experience, and how poorly I was treated. I understand when people make mistakes, but just fix it and move on. In the end, especially if other customers are treated so bad, this will catch up to them. My wife was also ready to purchase a new Z, next month, but IT WILL NOT BE FROM JOHN LEE!!! Also, all of my company vehicles that I bring in for service, that ended as of the date of this review! Spent $20,000 with you over the last 2 years! Good job Erasmo, way to grow your business! More
Unsatisfied with john Lee Mazda, when i bought car after transaction they gave me one Key and never mentioned they did not have two which one expect when purchasing vehicle. I paid hundreds of dollars to transaction they gave me one Key and never mentioned they did not have two which one expect when purchasing vehicle. I paid hundreds of dollars to have 2nd Key Fob made. Secondly, the GMC Acadia's had evap purge pump problem they they never revealed.The first week the check engine light came on and had to be replaced. Sale specialist should be open and honest when selling vehicle. Be careful dealing with John Lee Mazda. Customer: Johnny King More
