I am very satisfied by the outstanding consumer service I received using Lithia. They went above and beyond to make purchasing a vehicle on an island seamless and enjoyable. We have had a continually degrading quality of service from this dealer and Lithia in general. Starting around 2016 this dealer provided and offered good prices and reasonable service and service times, from this dealer and Lithia in general. Starting around 2016 this dealer provided and offered good prices and reasonable service and service times, but a few years later it began to decline starting with longer and longer maintenance times and general quality declines. It took 3 years for them to discover the smell of antifreeze was a radiator leak that required constant top-off of fluid. After they replaced said radiator several components were not put back and reattached correctly. After photoing and reattaching most things myself, the only recourse with Service was was “oh yes, that technician was fired shortly after they worked on your car”. They didn’t even offer to review the current status of the vehicle. Fast forward to now. My wife and I have called the dealership multiple times in the past couple weeks and left messages and received no return calls. I even got through to Parts who was confused as to “yes Service is working today” and they forwarded me to the same dead end phone message. Also the operator wouldn’t answer. I resorted to texting the Apple Maps message contact who stated they would look into and contact service to call me for an appointment. Still sitting here typing this review waiting for a call back. The dealership has basically become not worth my time and effort. Pretty said that their Service dept will kill future sales. SAD… More
