My personal experience with this dealership was not a very positive one. I have never dealt with them personally buying a vehicle from them, but I do know that their service department is not friendly no very positive one. I have never dealt with them personally buying a vehicle from them, but I do know that their service department is not friendly nor professional by any means. I have spoke to several people that have had personal experiences much like mine with the service department. For example, a loose battery cable and was told that it would be a $2300 fix from them, not mention the $165 just to have them look at the vehicle and say what was wrong with it even though what was supposedly wrong with it was a lie. Also, if it is Friday afternoon they will rush to finish your vehicle and are known to even make things worse than what they were to begin with when you dropped your vehicle off. They do not take responsibility to anything they may have done during looking at your vehicle nor do they care. They refuse to help and have the worse attitude when it comes to anything. I will not be back and recommend everyone to steer clear from this place!! More
