Seemed to be a great dealership at first. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday and told salesman id have a check the follow Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. They knew I was buying it i sent them a photo of the certified bank check. I wasn't able to get down there till Friday I told them on the way down I have a short time frame to pick it up because I came from out of town. I got there and waited 2 1/2 hours because the truck wasn't ready. While driving home I noticed a banging noise when hitting bumps. I notified my salesman the next day being Saturday he responded hours later say he would contact me with a solution and never did. It had a warn out steering column and a bad tie rod. I wanted it aligned before picking it up they should have noticed the bad parts. More

I brought my truck in for a Tire Rotation and to have a wiper issue addressed in October of 2025. Rotation was completed, and I was told the part for the wipers was ordered. It took 3 months for the part wiper issue addressed in October of 2025. Rotation was completed, and I was told the part for the wipers was ordered. It took 3 months for the part to come in. When I returned in January to have the wiper part installed and 2 other minor items addressed (a power notification error & broken gas tank flap latch), I was told that the tech had also discovered 2 of the lug nuts on one of my wheels was missing and had caused the rim to crack. Monaco refused to take responsibility for the missing lug nuts. I was told everything had been fixed, and paid over $1200 for a new rim, the wiper repair, a new battery and a fix for the gas tank latch. Within the next 24 hours, I determined the wiper issue remained, the power notification error came back and the gas flap latch remained broken. Monaco sent a mobile tech out to review the issues again, and scheduled a subsequent service visit to readdress the fact that nothing had actually been fixed. At the next service visit (now the 4th time I had had to schedule a visit at Monaco), I was told they STILL didn’t have the parts to make the necessary repair for the wipers. They had ordered the part and it would be received in 2 days. That deadline passed, and I have not heard from them since. Very disappointing. More
