I came here to sell my car after receiving calls and texts from the dealership to come in for an appraisal. There were a few mishaps that had initially happened as I came in over the weekend when the r texts from the dealership to come in for an appraisal. I was called by the manager the following day to review what happened and he was quick to have me come back in so they could make it right, which they absolutely did. They kept their word and the original deal they offered me just out of good faith. Although we were initially upset with what had happened, the way they were quick to contact me to rectify the situation and hold their end of the deal, shows what kind of dealership they are and how they were willing to make things right. That to me, is more important than any initial mishap. Excellent customer service! My 2015 F150 developed an intermittent check engine light fault shortly before traveling home from LA to Phoenix. An auto parts store tried but cou My 2015 F150 developed an intermittent check engine light fault shortly before traveling home from LA to Phoenix. An auto parts store tried but couldn’t pull the stored engine fault codes. I contacted Norm Reeves and a service advisor, Mike, arranged for an appointment next day. The engine fault was quickly identified and the repairs were made within a few hours. Mike also identified a warranty repair and after my approval corrected that issue. Upon checkout, Mike also spent the time to research if I had any reward points to decrease the bill. Thanks to Mike and the rest of the team, We were back on the road within a day and able to get home on schedule. More
