This was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealership and I have to say that Owen made this experience so easy! Excellent service. Thoroughly satisfied with our experience. Owen answered every question and was clear about what to expect from the Crosstrek. Thoroughly satisfied with our experience. Owen answered every question and was clear about what to expect from the Crosstrek. More
As usual, this visit to Rafferty's service department was hassle free, from setting up the appointment to picking up my newly washed vehicle. I called the service department with an issue that concerned me, hassle free, from setting up the appointment to picking up my newly washed vehicle. I called the service department with an issue that concerned me, the nice lady on the phone said the problem was probably a sensor rather than a tire issue (warning light came on and stayed on even after air was added to all the tires.) It was explained at the time I dropped the car off that b/c of the age of my car -2019- the battery in the sensor was probably failing. Rather than have multiple service appointments down the line, I opted to have all 4 sensors replaced. They did a multi point inspection and the battery test was a fail, so that was replaced at the same time. Pricey, but if sensors last 6 years, I guess one can't complain. More
Our family has been using Rafferty for over 15 years and we have always been satisfied with them. We've bought two subarus from them directly over that time with great success. Yes, wait times may be long, but they're always very busy. They're very trusted by the amount of customers they recieve. I definitely recommend them as a car dealership and for maintenance. More
We spent months researching and looking at previously owned vehicles for my parents. We went to at least 6 dealerships in the area and had contact with many more. I didn't want to drive the almost 2 hour owned vehicles for my parents. We went to at least 6 dealerships in the area and had contact with many more. I didn't want to drive the almost 2 hours to Rafferty, but they had our top-listed car for the best price we'd seen in weeks. We ultimately purchased from them, and here's why: 1. They were prepared when we got there. If you inquire about a car online and make an appointment to see that car(s), they should be ready and available at the stated time (especially when you've confirmed the day/time, and the stock number). 2. Clear communication; no lies, exaggerations, or misleading pricing to get you to finance with the dealer. 3. Jason, our sales rep, spoke to my parents and made sure they tried out the newer features of the car. While I did the research and made the appointments, I was clear the car was for my parents. Also, we went on many test drives and at no time, did the other reps from other dealers have my parents actually use the safety features and try things out. Some of them "explained" by listing things we already knew or pointing them out on the dash, but didn't walk them through it. We were the last appointment and they didn't rush, try to upsell on financing options, warranties, etc., or steer us to other cars. Lastly, while this didn't impact the sale itself, a day or two after the purchase my Dad had trouble with the keyless entry. Rather than call AAA he called Rafferty and spoke to Jason who walked him through the issue and stayed on the line until they were safely back in the car. More

We are very unsatisfied. We brought our almost new 2024 Impreza, our first Subaru ever in our family, to have it serviced on September 8, 2025 !! When we picked it up and got We brought our almost new 2024 Impreza, our first Subaru ever in our family, to have it serviced on September 8, 2025 !! When we picked it up and got home, we realized! That the inspection is due in September 2025. Why didn’t they see that? Now I see a whole week later that I’m getting a notice that I have an inspection due! This is totally unacceptable. We have had Hondas for 25 years and they always gave us Exceptional service and watched out for when our service inspections were due! How much more time do we have to spend at the Subaru dealer? Now another visit because you didn’t see it you took a picture of the car on all sides and the inspection sticker, but you did not service it! We should not have to pay much more when we go back on September 22, 2025 to have this car inspected! Sorry for this bad review but I can’t get over it question! More
