Waldorf Ford service turned a horrible situation into one of the best service visits I've ever experienced at any dealership. Buying a vehicle can be a challenge more often than not, but Waldorf Ford proved to be an exception to the dealer horror stories you often hear about. I called the dealership wanting to get an OTD price o but Waldorf Ford proved to be an exception to the dealer horror stories you often hear about. I called the dealership wanting to get an OTD price on a Monday or Tuesday evening in late November. I was able to get the pricing relatively quickly, even though I had not decided on whether to keep my current vehicle. Once I decided to trade-in, a few pictures snapped, an agreed upon selling price, the paperwork was signed on Thursday and I was driving the new car on Friday. What I most appreciated about working with Waldorf Ford was the ability to complete the majority of the paperwork online. I really did only spend a couple of hours at the dealership, and a lot of it was Rocco helping me transfer some of my gear from the old car to the new, walking me through connecting phones and showing me the feature now packed into the new display screens. Joe, the finance manager, very patiently explained why the process could not be totally virtual and I appreciated that he was straight and to the point from start to finish. There was no part of the sales process that was different from what was agreed to, and for that reason, I have to give Waldorf Ford 5 stars for this purchase. More
