I was passing through Prattville from Tennessee, on my way to Florida, when my vehicle experienced engine trouble. I had it towed to Stivers on a Friday evening after they were closed. After speaking with them first thing Saturday morning, they prioritized evaluation early Monday and had everything repaired before noon on Tuesday, a few hours before I’d be passing back through on my way home, after a technician came in early to make sure the repairs were done on time. A breakdown is stressful in itself, and even more so when you’re hundreds of miles from home. I felt in good hands with the Stivers team. Truly grateful for their kindness, understanding, and efficiency to get me back on the road quickly.

Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Well where do I start on this. Lets start with the Sales guy . Everything was going well. he was busy. Tells me He went on a test ride and came back to missing the key for the Grand Cherokee we were working on. Befoe this he sends me the sales contract. And whoopsie. Somebuddy make a huge mistake and sends the sales agreement with some very low number. Sales price which already has the rebates includes and then adds them again. taking a 55k Vehicle to 339ish out the door. So instead of owning the mistake. He tells me some sold the vehicle out from under him. Little does he know, I call today and asked for verifcaiton if the car had been sold. Guess what. It was not sold and is still availible. If he would owned up to the mistake instead of lying to me We could have worked out a deal. Whats even funnied, he told me that both the Sales manager and GM would look to find a "twin" replacement. Never happened, no one from there bothered to reach out to me. So I called them and asked if the found something. Guess what. They didnt even look. How do I know. I check the other dealer that that "trade" with. The names were provided by Tim. Here it is 1 full day later with not response. I did how ever recieve an email from the GM saying thank you for visiting the dealer and let them know if they can help me any further.

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
