I negotiated and agreed on a price online before coming in to purchase the car. While going through the process or purchasing it they randomly tried to add $500 or so to the cost of the car ( made up some random reason why the price we agreed to wasn't correct ). Said I wasn't going to buy so they changed their mind on it. This should have been my first hint to walk way from the dealership.
Car needed work shortly after I bought it. The 3 extended warranties I bought only covered about 70% of the cost of the work that needed to be done.
Needed "free" oil changed, warranties didn't cover it all ( had to pay about 30% of cost out of pocket ) and it looked like an oil grenade blew up under my hood.
Needed a brake flush, they weren't even able to do the job so I had to go to a separate shop to get it done ( which I had to pay for, instead of getting it "free" from my warranty like I should have )
Bought 3 different extended warranties with the used car I purchased from them, went some months later to cancel all 3. I realize they only cancelled 1 of the 3.....I go again a few months later to cancel the other 2.......after days I realize even though I sent in the paperwork for both to be cancelled they only cancelled 1.
After two vists to the to the office requesting all 3 warranties be cancelled I still only managed to get 2/3 of them cancelled. Once I emailed them about the 3rd they just ignored my emails.
At this point I've simply sold the car and STILL have the 3rd warranty on it while selling it because I'm tired of dealing with them. I will never step foot in a Greenway again.

The sales rep failed to call me after he said he would on two separate occasions. I went and got my truck on the third day with nothing done. A 2 hour job couldn't get done in two days. Pretty pathetic. And what's worse they don't seem to care.

The ONLY reason I am recommending this dealership is because of Shelia Myers, the amazing sales consultant and Tim Braineard, the sales manager. They went above and beyond in making sure my friend left the lot with his vehicle. Their patience and positive attitudes were greatly appreciated. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting task in and of itself, but throw in Mark Eachus, the General Manager who is a condescending jerk with an intimidating presence - definitely not something/someone a potential car buyer wants to deal with. I can’t imagine the number of people he has run off (car buyers and employees) while holding this position.

Hi I took my Jeep Cherokee here for 2 recalls. Driving home that night, my car starting acting crazy. It was speeding when I wanted it to stop and lunging periodically when driving. I called the service department to discuss. They were concerned and wanted me to get it back to them right away. Due to my work schedule, it would have been 4 days before I could get it to them. The service department came to my work and picked up the car, fixed it and brought it back to me. They didn't want me driving around with the car acting so nutty. They indicated the recall had malfunctioned and repeated the recall procedure followed by a test drive to make sure all was ok. Thanks for the extra effort to make sure my car was corrected.

They had my Jeep for a month.... when I went to get it, of course it wasn’t ready... they said it would be ready by that afternoon and WOW to my surprise it wasn’t ready! I heard 3 different excuses from each advisor and that is RIDICULOUS. I will Not be returning for service in the future.

We had the most wonderful experience with this dealership. Ira was very very helpful. We transacted our entire deal over the phone. Ira made our transaction very smooth. No hassles, No pushing, Ira conducted our transaction in a very professional way. He did not fast talk us, like so many car salesman does. Ira was very patient and kind as we asked every question about the vehicle we were inquiring about. And the BIG BLESSING WAS, they drove our vehicle all the way to our home, yes! HOME DELIVERY! We inspected the vehicle, and it was just as Ira had conveyed to us..not leaving one thing out. It was clean!

Bought a new truck from them because they had the best price advertised on their website. I assumed that the advertised price was the base we were working of of but later discovered they charged me over $4000 than what the advertised price was on their website. Shame on me for not noticing it on the paperwork but this is very unethical and should be against the law but it is not! I called them back to discuss but was told that 30 days was to long. I didn't notice it until i went to get my tags and really didn't have a reason to look at the paperwork until then. They always want to talk monthly payment and never discuss purchase amount. They will keep you there for hours going back and forth to their sales manager pretending to do the best everytime they come back. Again shame on me for not catching it on the paperwork, but shame on them for being unethical and charging me more than their advertised price. This is not very good business and will never purchase another vehicle from them. Also contacting Ram corporate to let them know of their unhonest practices.

I bought a 2019 keep wrangler sport from BenchMark jeep on 9/9/2019 and the car had a steering damper recall so I took the car to another dealership to do the recall and that was on 10/15/2020 and I found out the benchmark Jeep had claimed that they did the recall on the steering damper even though I never went back to them and I never authorized them to do the recall . When the other dealership checked the car they found out that the original steering damper is still on the car and Benchmark dealership NEVER did replace it and never did the recall even though they claim they did . And this is Fraud

I don't know where to start, came in from out of town for service and vehicle inspection. Service manager James Pate and service representative Michael Robinson blatantly lied to me stating that my rotors where bad and that I needed brake pads. I said show me. I am a mechanic and know vehicle brake systems. These service representatives walked me to my vehicle and had not even remove the tires to inspect said brakes. I told them remove my vehicle from their shop or I would call the police. in addition James stated that he witness the mechanic changing my oil and that was completed, however I saw the mechanic and he was filling my oil. I told James that he had blatantly lied to me reference said oil change also. Safety issues in addition where observed i.e. during my tire rotation they did not use a torque wrench and only where using a phematic impact without adjusting said air pressure. This failure could result in a serious or possibly deadly accident. Please do not patronize this establishment or do at your own risk.

We were in and out in less than two hours including the test drive and signing all the papers. All employees were very friendly and treated us like we were friends and family. I can't say enough good things about our salesman, Ryan Morton. We will definately put this dealership at the top of our list when we're in the market for another vehicle!

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.

My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!
