Monica listened to me and cared about solving my problems. She took time to understand what I wanted to accomplish and did everything possible to make it happen. She didn't give up like most people would have, considering my situation. I would highly recommend giving Monica Q a chance when buying a car.

Buy A Car Here Or Don't Buy One At All - JAT
I don't even know where to start......this sales and service staff is the best in the business!! These folks go out of their way to make a deal work, even with a pain in the butt customer - I can be difficult sometimes. Having purchased two trucks from this crew, I believe I can safely say this is my dealership of choice, and you should do the same!! If you find a better deal on your trade and the vehicle you want......buy it.....but good luck with that!!
Great Experience - Greg
Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Fast and easy and great service - Tigerman86
I am pleasantly happy about my oil change that I received my only complaint is the having to schedule but that’s not their fault it’s because they are always so busy

Professional from start to finish! - patrickg
I have purchased several cars in the past five years. I purchased a vehicle today for a family member after looking at several dealerships and several cars... Gayle at Jim Burke Nissan and Luke in Finance are awesome! None of the typical "car dealer tricks" of "What can we do today to get you to buy this car." There ended up being a technical glitch but the dealership was quick to realize it and also make it right. Would certainly recommend Jim Burke Nissan. Much different than these major dealerships owned out of state that are soo concerned about numbers that they can't even really listen to their customers.
Misleading Used Car Sales - Bobs screen
I drove 3 hours to buy a 2015 jeep renegade. It was represented as Q-certified. I could see problems that were not addressed, but I bought the car anyway because it was equipped the way I wanted.
The front tires were bald with the steel belts exposed on the outside edge and the drivers front wheel trim was glued on rather than properly attached with fasteners. It was represented as accident free, but is not.
Jonathan Harris the manager promised to mail me the second key that he didn't have handy. That has never happened. I cannot get ahold of him by phone and he will not return my calls. Nobody will reply to my email either.
In my opinion, they misrepresent their inventory and will not honor their promises. In addition, their Q-certification is worthless.
Great experience! - Sue
No pressure, just allowed me to drive different vehicles to help me make right choice for me. Patti was wonderful and patient with me. Happy!
Great service department! - AMP12
I’m new to the area and needed a Jeep dealer for routine service/maintenance on my Liberty. So glad I chose Dothan. John took care of my service visit last week but everyone I’ve ever dealt with in service has been so nice and helpful. The service area is AMAZINGLY clean as is the rest of the dealership. I highly recommend Dothan Jeep Chrysler.
Slow service and they don't seem to care - RICHARD R.
Last two times I was in for service (oil change and then fuel filter change), it took considerably longer than they estimated (by at least an hour). But no explanation and no apology. They don't seem to keep track of customers, and how long they have been there. Don't seem to care. Apparently our time isn't important to them.
Greg Waite is the BEST! - DeMoi
The customer service provided by Greg Waite was amazing. He knew all of the optional package on each Cherokee on the lot. He was excellent at showing me how to use all of the special devices on my car. Most importantly, Mr. Waite was kind, pleasant, and never once made me feel like he was trying to push the sale. He was completely professional throughout the entire process.
Outstanding Quality Service - Carguru2019
I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships before. Tallassee Automotive especially, Antonio and Dan made sure I was taken care of. Up to date constantly with my car. They really make sure you are taken care of to the max. They don't treat you like just another wallet walking through the door. I would highly recommend anyone buy a vehicle here. They are very nice, professional, and treat you like family.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS - charger 66
This is a great place to take your vehicle only if you DONT want them to repair it. The water pump broke on my car late last Friday afternoon and I stupidly had it towed to their service department. This was the first mistake I made. I was told the following Monday morning by Miranda that they only had one technician working because of the holiday (New Years Eve) and he would look at it Wednesday. I took her for her word. My second mistake. I told her I had an extended warranty and the water pump would be covered. Of course, she told me it probably wouldn't be covered and if it was that the fluids that would need to be refilled would not be covered. She is either uneducated or has a hard time telling the truth. I called Miranda at 4 on Wednesday afternoon to check on my car and she said they didn't get to it today (imagine that!). The technician would look at it tomorrow. Called Miranda at 145 on Thursday and the technician still had not looked at it. I told Miranda don't touch my car and a tow truck was on the way to get it and take it to a REAL Dodge service department . Finally, McSweeney Dodge repaired my car in one day (yes only one day) and all I had to pay was my deductible. Guess where I will be taking my car from now on? Yep, Matt at McSweeney's. Professional and honest...two qualities lacking at University Dodge.
You need to be on top of your game, purchasing a vehicle... - It's shamefull
Yes Jason is a good man in my opinion..But the managers are like most greedy...Better pay attention when you go to sign your papers.make sure they give you the quoted price, what they say on the internet they use to get you in and then switch it and try to sneak it by you...Every body is trying to rob the older people nowadays..And we have and do work hard for what we have so people can try to rob you of it.After my experience with them I feel obligated to say something...Don't want anyone else to fall prey to them. Its a shame too...They will have to answer for doing people wrongly in front of the man...I really feel bad for them that they would mislead people just for the disease of greed,If you do wrong it will come back to you...so in my opinion go somewhere else,,I really don't want to associate with people that would do anyone wrong or dirty...and yes it's dirty to do people wrong just for the dollar.KARMA is a bad thing to suffer..By the way I am 61, and they did me dirty, not mad just in disbelief, and I felt so safe there in the beginning....SHAMEFULL
Liers - Volvofan
My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE - BG123
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have never experienced paper work taking so long in my life. I have purchased many trucks in the past. I have even been around airplane purchases that took less than half the time they did. They scratched the windshield while removing a dealer sticker and never mentioned it. They did not tell me it only had one key until I asked for "two sets of keys and ill be ready ti go" then it came out. I spent over $42,000 and they put $5.00 in gas to get me to the nearest service station. On top of all of this they did not even give me any of the paperwork to get the truck registered. They promised me that I would get the second key and i have waited patiently. It has been 4 months and not a peep from them. They got what they wanted and dont mind screwing the customer!
Do NOT buy from AutoNation! - Tori
Do not buy from AutoNation! I almost bought a vehicle that I test drove at night then went back to buy during the day and the salesman “forgot” to tell me that it was completely covered in hail damage on the roof. That was very dishonest. I should’ve known better but I purchased a different vehicle. 7 days after I purchased my vehicle, it started making a bad noise. The service manager Robyn was very rude. They kept my car for 6 days to fix the noise. The vehicle had some slight damage on the front bumper, which I was told before I purchased it that it would most likely be covered because it was a certified preowned vehicle. Now they refuse to fix it. I wish I had never gone to AutoNation!
Now BASSWOOD - false advertising and fraudulent practices - redford
My wife was assisting my 74 year old mother-in-law in purchasing a used vehicle from Basswood (2016 Toyota Corolla). She saw the advertised price for the car on the internet, and called and spoke with a gentleman named Eddie. A deal was arranged where the car would be purchased at the full asking price, along with the necessary taxes, etc. As we live in Florida, and my wife's mother lives in Gadsden, they agreed to deliver the vehicle to her for that price. On the day before the purchase was to take place, Eddie called my wife and told her that they would need an additional $500, as his manager and the owner said they weren't making enough money off of the deal. When a price is advertised, a deal struck for that FULL PRICE, and arrangements are made for the purchase, I feel that it is fraudulent to then come back and demand more money. I am writing this because I feel the public needs to be aware of how this company tries to take advantage of females and the elderly.
Warranty refused - Bamafan686
I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with a common oil leak from oil cooler housing. Took it in for repair and was told the filter cap was over tightened and this is the cause of failure. I have done all my own service and made sure this has never happened. I will never be back to their location and suggest if you do be careful they are out to make a buck above all.
Great Experience! - ricklatta61
We were in and out in less than two hours including the test drive and signing all the papers. All employees were very friendly and treated us like we were friends and family. I can't say enough good things about our salesman, Ryan Morton. We will definately put this dealership at the top of our list when we're in the market for another vehicle!
Very Disappointed. - Sherrie
Jeep giving all kinds of codes, then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
