My original rating for this dealership was a 5. They repaired the sunroof and all went smooth. However, the sunroof now leaks an enormous amount. They were supposed to pick up the truck and fix it yesterday. That did not happen. When I called, I was told they would get to it when they could. Greg, the sales manager, was less than accommodating. I would now recommend you seek elsewhere for your vehicles.

I called and asked a question in service about a car I’m building, a simple question at that. The guy I spoke with was a xxxxxxx and treated me like I was dumb, then I talked to the boss and he answered my question with no problem and was nice. My family has bought several new vehicles from this dealership, I am a retired veteran and that’s how that guy wants to treat someone who has to been to war and kept this nation free so he could have a job in the first place. I’ll never be back there and I’ll make sure my dad doesn’t buy another 50000 dollar truck from here again.....

Bought new Ford 500 in 2005, faithfully allowed them to perform service every time service was required by manual. Never notified about brake recall. Still no notice about gas tank technical service bulletin. Tires rotated incorrectly. New service writer unfriendly.

Purchased a used ford only after I was promised that the seat motor would be fixed. The drivers seat motor needs replacing so the seat can be adjusted to a reasonably safe position for driving. It has been two weeks and I called to check on the motor. The salesman was very rude. The service man was much kinder.
