Went in today for a meeting with President(Holcombe) over Mazda in mobile alabama he insured me that they will try to get me in another vehicle with either Mazda or Kia had to do credit work I let them know my credit is in repair still was forced to pull it by the sales manager still denied through Mazda they told me that they will try Kia and call me by the end of today we’ll here it is 1/18/2021 830pm the end of the day has been over for quite sometime now I left with a positive attitude because I feel like I would either get further repairs or a refund or some money back or another vehicle from the poor service they gave me guess what nothing happened but a conversation that was useless because again lack of communication I’m starting to think I should apply as a secretary since they don’t believe in returning calls! (Very upset) not please and again won’t shop! They haven’t tried to do anything then told me if they can’t get me in a cda r they’ll charge me 400$ for some tires after I already spent over 2,000$ with them on Friday I’m appalled that’s a million dollar company there’s no way they should still be begging and not helping! I need headquarters to call me ASAP this is unacceptable.

Today was a perfect example of the service manager addressing my concerns about my car even though I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I was able to speak directly with the technician performing the work. The Service Advisor kept me informed. Job was done right. I drive by other dealerships in the region to do business with Stivers, either purchase or service the experience has always been friendly and attentive

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.
