I did a test drive of this dealership and unfortunately I test drove the trim package that I wasn’t interested in after doing research I realize that they did have the right trim package and I came back and they let me look at it and I have to say my experience from them was wonderful when I told them that I am not in the process of buying I’m just looking around to see what I’m interested in they never brought up once are you ready to buy they did the proper thing which is high in customer service is after the after or before I left the sales associate handed me his business card and said I hope you come back zero pressure didn’t force me to feel I had to buy anything and the rest of the staff was super friendly I think Nissan is moving up With their new corporate CEO of Nissan other of America they are re-branding and rebuilding them self they’ve change the way their vehicles look drive and keeping their lower prices so I think this dealership will do super well thank you for giving me a great experience
Brought my xterra to Nissan to have major engine work... - JuliaB96
Brought my xterra to Nissan to have major engine work done. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5, they did not fix the problems my xterra had but made them worse. Upon the initial inspection. I was told that I needed my rear main seal done and agreed to this fix. As well as being told my intake gasket needed to be done as well. On the third day I recieved a call from nissan stating that my intake gasket was still leaking after my engine being worked on because the intake was warped. They did not see this upon the initial inspection, disassembly or reassembly but only after they test drove it. Which means they warped my intake and didnt want to take the blame for it. I also requested that they fix my wipers due to them having power but not functioning properly. I received my car back with absolutely zero power to the windshield wipers. When I called back to explain that this is a hazard and I wanted it to be fixed. They told me that they never said the windshield wiper motor being replaced would fix my issue. But they offered to put in a new switch for $400+ with their switch being over half that cost. When in reality the part is only $60-80. Ive called the service manager multiple times with no answer but they did have the audacity to have the sales manager call me because he "heard" I was interested in a new car. Do NOT trust these hacks and DONT waste $2200 like I did. Absolutely horrible service.
