I bought a 2014 Ford F150 5.0l from them. All they could tell me that it had a cylinder misfire. So figuring that it's a misfire, easy fix right? Wrong!! Took it to a reputable mechanic that I trust and immediately told me it needs a new head considering the valves has holes in them. My mechanic sent them pics of it and this dealership pretty much told me to xxxx off!! When I signed paperwork, i agreed to a per cylinder misfire, not a new head. Their mechanics are incompetent and didn't even tell the dealer what was wrong!! I would definitely go somewhere else if looking for a used car! They say they love their customers, well apparently their money so they can scam and screw you over!!

Not the typical Dealer approach of this is our inventory and that is your choice. They were able to be competitive, if not beat a dealers offer hands down on the same model. They kept me informed through the car buying process and had several choices that met my desires in color combinations and options that I was looking for.

My dealings with Auto Locators has turned out to be a living nightmare. I was lied to continuously. Leroy the owner lied about and consealed where the car came from. He misrepresented the condition of the car. He failed to disclose the fact that the mileage was wrong and had been broken for 5 years. He made a false promise about giving me a 6 month warranty in writing. If only I was aware I could go on line and pay $25 and get a vehicle report from AutoCheck. I would have known the facts and I would not have purchased this car. Instead I trusted Leroys word. Car in great condition with only 20959 miles, that he got from a family that he new. Truth is he buys his vehicles from the Auto Auction. I didn't even get to put 100 miles on it before the engine light came on, the tranny started slipping and the motor started over heating. Leroy came with a trailer and got the car. I asked for a refund of my money and it's been over a month. So I went on line and filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. It's their job to protect consumers from consumer fraud like false statements, promises, any deception or misrepresentation by the seller. In addition consealment or failure to disclose facts. If every consumer would take a few minutes to report these frauds, businesses would be held more accountable. Most important I shouldn't have signed anything or gave him any money until I ran the Autocheck. I would NOT recomend buying anything from Auto Locators. If he treats a paralized woman like this what's that have to say about his character.

We traded in our 2009 Lexus RX350. A fabulous car but 12 years old. They bought it for what KBB said a dealership would pay as a trade. They had a 2018 Lexus RX350 with 8830 miles. It was a light color and had light-colored leather seats. Our only 2 requirements. It was expensive. Myron said take it for a 30-minute test drive. We both drove it but did not think to try to park in a regular parking lot. Big mistake! We agreed to buy it as they have a 7-day buyback policy if you really dislike the car. We are in our 70's and 80's. This new car has over the top bells and whistles. Each of us separately spent about 1 hour in parking lots trying to get it centered between the 2 white lines. We could not do it without pulling in and out 3 or 4 times. The problem is there is no visible hood to key off of as a frame of reference as to where the car is in relationship to the striped stall. The hood begins and ends at the end of the dashboard. After the dashboard all you see is asphalt. Very aerodynamic but stupid. Next the electronic wizardry is "over the top". I spent 2 hours over 3 days reading the instruction manual from page 283 to 320 relating to the whole media system and the radio. After not being able to tune in more than 1 AM and 1 FM channel I gave up. It has no buttons or the like. To sync your cell phone needs a college degree in electrical engineering. While driving, it beeps, whistles, and flashes at you constantly. You are a nervous wreck when you get home. We both kept thinking we will figure it all out and grow to love the car. After 7 days each of us was exhausted and both hatted to think I have to drive it to get to an appointment or whatever. We missed the 7-day return policy and took it back to CarMax on day 12. We assumed we would lose a couple of thousand dollars. We meet with Myron and he said have a seat while he left to get one of the managers. Three or four minutes later Myron walked up with a big guy who said he is a manager and he has decided to give us a 100% dollar refund. We did put about 100 miles on it. What a pleasant shock. What a fabulous PR decision. Please take this dealership seriously for your next purchase.

I had an appointment, we arrived nothing was ready. The salesman got the Cadillac SRX out that my wife and I wanted to see. Salesman told us no reasonable offer would be refused . Test drove the car rode OK interior had some problems . Decided to look at the others SRX's they had two. After they jumped started one of them . We decided to make offer on one we liked. All there vehicles had rebuilt titles from salvage titles . To hey said they could show us damage pictures. There was one picture that didn't focus on damage of the car I made appointment to see. The car we wanted also showed damage one picture not really focus on damage. We made a reasonable offer , to fine out the price on vehicles is the reasonable offer by Carfax . I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone

I had any amazing shopping experience with Flagstaff Auto Exchange. They have many great CPO vehicles to pick from, they all came with warranties and carfax reports. I had somewhat iffy credit but they were able to get me approved for a 4.5% rate and the payments I had asked for. It was a super easy and simple process. The car has been great since I bought it and I will definitely be back!

Key West was highly recommended by several friends of mine so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out. I can not say enough outstanding things about this dealership. Not only are the vehicles absolutely gorgeous the prices are VERY reasonable! More importantly, the service was top-notch. We dealt primarily with the sales representative, Moses, and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My boyfriend does not have the best credit but between Frank and Moses, they were able to get him into the car he wanted at a price we couldn’t resist. They offered many programs and went out of their way to make sure we were 200% satisfied. If I could give a million stars, I would. We had an amazing experience with a fantastic company. Highly recommended.
