I dread buying cars. I have no patience for games and I have left dealerships and cars I was interested in because of the games. Leaving customers sitting while going in the back for 30 or 40 minutes. Excuses. Etc. I hate it all.
So imagine my surprise when I was treated to a straightforward shopping experience at Earnhardt Queen Creek! I worked with JB and Jamie and also had Ryan (the sales manager) working with me on the purchase of a new 2023 Charger. The finance guy was lovely too! I got a great rate and a great price on the extended warranty.
There were a few hiccups, but throughout I felt treated fairly, my time was respected, I was kept informed, and I walked out feeling like I had gotten not only a beautiful new car, but also friendships. I can't wait to go show them the car after I wrap it and xxxx it out inside.
It was a great experience. This is not something you get everywhere. I walked away from a Peoria dealership for game playing before coming to the QC dealership. So glad I did.
Car buying should be a straightforward customer-focused event, and I couldn't be happier with the dealership.
