Beware...very sketchy...think of these guys as a *slightly* better experience than sifting through Craig's List...but not much. I bought a used car from them that was a clear lemon. After driving for 2 hours the card died. Towed it back to the dealership and they claimed to fix it. Picked it up a few days later and...it died again! Then I find out that the registration is still under a previous lien. Is this sheer incompetence or blatant malfeasance? The office of this place looks like someone's scattered and messy living room with keys, papers, and documents strewn all over the place. Their owner, Alan, is about as personable as a fence post and possesses absolutely zero charm. Ryan, their sales manager, although he may mean well and talk a good game, is in way over his head. I sincerely tried to give a "little guy" like them a shot at earning my business but sadly it was the wrong decision. My advice is to stick to the reputable, bigger brand-name guys...they are the real professionals vs these "pretenders" who seem to get all the crap cars.

Good experience overall with the dealership, Chis was - CROIXMON11

Good experience overall with the dealership, Chis was helpful during my visit today and with phone call.

Just bought my vehicle from Auto Action on 19th and Van - Happy D

Just bought my vehicle from Auto Action on 19th and Van Buren and it was a great experience!! Quick easy process and they help rebuild your credit!!

Worst of the worst - Chrisg72

This is the most unprofessional place to purchase a vehicle. They take advantage of people who are forced to buy a car at a place like this, due to credit issues. I purchased a vehicle there and had to have it in the shop the entire first week I owned it. Everyday they told me it would be finished in 3 to 5 hours and I waited 10 hours everyday at the dealership only to leave every day with no car. The managers blame everybody else and nobody takes responsibility for the issues. There are plenty of other places that will work with bad credit and trust me you do not want to deal with these heartless, irresponsible sorry excuses for humans.

Good place. - Pcsd200

Good place. Traded in a truck and bought a car with no hassle. This would have been 5 stars but two messages for information went un answered.

From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel - Rgonzalez

From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcome. They were kind and patient and helped ease my nerves. I had a set payment in mind for the vehicle I wanted and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Walked me through each step making sure i understood everything. They made this one of the best car buying experiences. Would give 10 stars if I could! I will be referring all my friends and family here.

I actually bought the car I asked about. They were able to find me financing at 2% less than the rate being offered by my bank. And I really enjoyed each member of the staff I interacted with.. Great car too.

I called and delta with Eric. - Wanderlust_jtr

I called and delta with Eric. We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay, no nonsense people. Always go to a dealer , especially a used car lot knowing about the car before visiting. We had no problems or issues with Eric. We walked in and out with a vehicle in an hour. Eric even dropped the price to meet me in the middle. Satisfied with the deal and the terms we got. You got a happy customer

I asked about the truck still being available and I got - kball_85547

I asked about the truck still being available and I got no response. No use for them any more.

I have a great time with Jillian great place to buy a - Joe

I have a great time with Jillian great place to buy a vehicle and the numbers they say the payment are, they are never doing the bait and switch. Will come back

DO NOT GO TO CACTUS JACKS! - msa1002

DO NOT GO TO CACTUS JACKS! If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. They were extremely shiesty (is that how you spell that word?) off the bat, trying to get me to sign on a vehicle that I hadn't even been inside and had barely seen! They even told me that they couldn't get me approved at my salary as a part time worker when I had already been approved at two separate dealerships for $150-$200 a month payments. They are a typical buy here pay here kind of place, and frankly sort of rude as they like to talk down other dealerships (ones that are more trustworthy even, like Carmax) to make themselves look better! And I quote, "You're not going to find vehicles under 100 thousand miles at these prices anywhere else, and especially not at this quality." Which is just a blatant lie as I had been to plenty of other dealerships selling cars of the same quality and prices with even lower mileage than they were offering on their vehicles.

Great staff for helping me with bad credit. They'll get you approved, I was shocked it was so easy to buy a car

They were friendly , car nsit wasn’t going to work out - Shawn

They were friendly , car nsit wasn’t going to work out for me but no complaints as they were nice people.

What an amazing buying experience! - MalinaMac

What an amazing experience! I have bought vehicles all over the Phoenix area, from the big guys down at the Auto Mall to the little guys down in Mesa, however none of the other dealers gave me the experience, care or attention to details that Choice Motor Group provided to me. This dealer is hands down the go to dealer if you are in the market for a new (to you) car. Jim was so knowledgeable about the vehicles they had available for sale, and he made sure to pay attention to every detail to get me into exactly what "I" was looking for rather than push me into something I didn't want just to make the sale. Their clerk Kim was also highly efficient having all of my paperwork ready for me in hardly any time at all. I highly recommend Choice Motor Group and will definitely be returning when I am ready for another vehicle.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and did not use - CFliving

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and did not use high-pressure sales tactics which was great. This place doesn’t have the normal used car dealer vibes. Colby and Jon are great dudes. I highly recommend this place.

Caution. - del

Caution. Classic Promenade, Phoenix, AZ uses false and deceptive advertising in their descriptions of cars (falsely states high engine compression when it's actually low, no engine issues when it burns white smoke indicating engine repairs needed and omits clear knowledge of known frame damage and missing safety items such as missing parking brake mechanism. I can go on and on regarding their overstatement of the actual condition of the vehicle. The overall written description was grossly overrated in terms the vehicle overall condition and their website falsely claims they provide a multi-point checklist but never provides it. You should expect more from a professional classic car dealer. Their solution to challenging their written description is to totally ignore you. I would say Classic Promenade is a "used Car dealer" not a professional Classic Car Dealer. Stay away!

Stay away - Jaded

Purchased a truck from the prescott store. Had some issues from the get go and they were fixed but i had to take time off to go to cottonwood to pick it up. General manager was so rude. Two months later i had to get the transmission rebuilt. Stay away from them. The person that sold us the car was nice and tried everything she could to help BUT there policy and warranty is crap.

We called late as they were getting ready to close and they stayed opened for us and waited over an hour until we got there. Very nice and easy to work with.

This company goes above and beyond to take care of there - contact.asimpson

This company goes above and beyond to take care of there customers. They deal with many different financial institutions so what ever situation you may have that you think you can not get financing then you need to pay them a visit. Kat was the best. She is super nice and is very comforting that you will leave with a car. The whole staff will make you feel part of the family. To bad Pork Chop ( the dog ) wasn't there when I went. I saw her bed and asked about her. I will refer all my friends and family here. I wanted a car that was a pretty tough deal at first, because of some technicalities so I left. Then received a phone call the next day that the deal was going to be able to be done, and the biggest smile arrived across my face. Trust me go there. A major plus about there inventory as opposed to other dealers is that they keep there inventory in doors to protect the vehicles and it make the viewing of the vehicles much more enjoyable. Plus the drinks and candy they have in the office. Thanks!!!!!

Dealer is dishonest with warranty. Will promise you to... - Gretchen

Dealer is dishonest with warranty. Will promise you to fix the vehicle but is incapable due to lack of mechanics on staff and unwilling to purchase replacement parts. Took an extremely long time to produce and file the title. Overall not recommended. You will need an attorney if you have any issues.

Waste of time. - kennethjwhite

Waste of time. I sent multiple requests to purchase a car. A jaguar F-type S. I do not finance vehicles, and rather prefer to buy them with cash. I was ready to buy and pickup sight unseen.

Dealership is currently unwilling to sell vehicle at fair - D.G.

Dealership is currently unwilling to sell vehicle at fair market value, they believe a uniformed consumer will pay $4,000 over KBB pricing.

We arrived about 40 minutes before they closed, the lot - Ihatebadservice

We arrived about 40 minutes before they closed, the lot was a disaster, the cars weren’t priced, some weren’t even marked with a stock number so we could look them up. We walked all over the lot and were never greeted by anyone. We never did see the Civic we were looking for anywhere on the lot. The following week they emailed me and said the car is on the lot and ready to come see. We had already bought another car by then. A game of too little too late for this sad looking and customer serviced lot.
