I bought a $73K F250 6.7L that was missing a programmer 5 months ago. Either the dealership misplaced it, or the previous owner didn't supply it. The truck has been tuned and I can't change the settings. The truck also has a wireless air bag system that requires a controller, which was also missing. I had to buy a replacement controller so I could change the bag pressure/ride. The truck had mismatched tires that were bald and needed replacement. I was told, "The cost has to come from somewhere" by the finance guy. They did replace 3 bald tires and I'm sure I paid for it somewhere in the cost of the truck. The truck has a 6 lift which was installed with the alignment cams installed backwards??? I don't live in in Phoenix, so I had to drive it back there to have it repaired because it was too uncontrollable and flat out dangerous to drive - no compensation. I thought a couple months back they were going to do the right thing a send me replacement programmer, but they didn't. It saves you nothing to buy a truck already built from them with cost of all the replacement items (air controller, programmer, tires, etc.). Save your money and time - go somewhere else!

Nice Car AZ helped me end my long search with a great 2007 Mercedes-Benz M-Class. The staff was friendly and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Very happy with the service and my purchase.

Took the car I was interested in to my mechanic. - Sharon G

Took the car I was interested in to my mechanic. My mechanic found 2 oil leaks and a few other things. They weren’t deal breakers, but were going to add about $3000 onto the car. Told Shawn. His mechanic said he only found one code and the part was $45. Interesting because that code didn’t even show up with my mechanic. Never got back to me if they would meet me half way with cost. Recently saw they just increased the price of the car $1000. Frequently felt that by looking at cars with them, I was inconveniencing them.
