Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, of another make than Mercedes. Initial contact was good and test drive and presentation of the vehicle were well done. In negotiations, some of the typical sales tactics were used including added clear coat treatment, being asked to sign a meaningless "I will purchase today" statement, etc., but the price of the vehicle and the allowed trade-in were a good deal from my research, so I agreed to purchase. Pressure was put to finance with them, so the dealership could recoup some additional funds. There was a problem with the rear AC of the vehicle, which the dealership was willing to fix, including getting it to a service center of the make. During the time the vehicle was in service, they loaned me my trade-in for transportation. The service took much longer than I was originally told, and at first, communication from Mercedes-Benz was lacking. After a week and some complaining on my part, communication was much better and the vehicle was repaired and compensation made for my time. In general, salesperson Spencer West was affable and knowledgeable and made great effort to make up for initial problems. I would do business with this dealership again.
