My only question is why with all the detail shown on the - Harvbarbretired

My only question is why with all the detail shown on the invoices and the video was nothing shown about a tire rotation that is shown in owners manual as something to be performed at every 5,000 mile service. It was not shown on my 5,000 mile service nor on my 10,000 mile service. I’m not comfortable assuming something was done with no record of it. I did ask an employee about it and was told it should be on there but she did not know why it wasn’t.
