Love the sales desk. Service still sucks. I quit using them on my first Subaru because of poor communication and no feedback (written) on each service. I find now that they still have problems: maintenance service turned into three and a half hours, although they did have to patch a tire. Got an invoice but no inspection information. If things don’t improve the next time I am leaving for good.
