New RV Purchase - Transitguy
Went in just to look and ended up buying but there was no pressure there was no pressure during the entire process. The sales staff was very accommodating and patient with us as first time buyers and answered all of our questions both during the purchase and after. Mark was the best!

Amazing/helpful customer service - Vasquez1103
My husband and I were looking for a spacious car since we had our baby born last year, we pulled into karzplus of Escondido and were immediately greeted by Glenn. We explained our situation and he right away took us to many cars we were thinking of.. He took the time for us and would go back and forth grabbing keys for different cars on the lot so we could look at the space. Which is what we needed.we ended up returning after visiting many other lots around San Diego, but Glenn's professionalism and helpfulness allowed my husband and I to comfortably make a decision. We ended getting an Jeep Patriot with only 70,000 miles on it and we've been so happy with gas per mile... we had to drive to Sam Diego for our baby which was hospitalized and having this kind of helpfulness allowed us to have more ease on our situation we were in. Glenn Flores is at its best when it comes to buying a car. My husband Andres Juarez and I are very grateful for the customer service we were given for weeks from Glenn.
Bad Service - Stealth Daze
I purchased a brand new toy hauler from Happy Daze Rv. in Sacramento back in last December. I just got back from a trip to Oregon and noticed that I was missing a roof vent, when I went up top I realized that they have all turned itnto a brittle type of plastic and show cracks throughout all four 3 that are left and of course the missing one is gone all the way. All I want is for these people to do is be fair to me . They said to me that they were booked solid for three months on repairs. I told them that I think it’s a serious issue do to the elements getting in as we approach fall. They told me that they may be able to get me in sooner yet I still have heard no reply back.
Absolutely Fantastic - JeffG72
Neil Penny (Sales Associate) has been absolutely fantastic to work with in purchasing our Tiffin Phaeton 40 IH. Neil has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, well versed and well informed. Most of all Neil has been very patient in dealing with us over the last year in our decision making and purchasing our new RV. Neil has provided us with numerous suggestions and opinions to consider throughout the process. We are extremely fortunate to have met Neil last January at the Pleasanton RV shown and have worked with him through out that time. Not once have we felt pressured to make a decision that we might not be comfortable with. Neil has stayed in touch with us throughout the process and we really appreciate that.
Ralph Graves (General Sales Manager) has also been great to work with and has stayed in touch with us during the manufacturing process to ensure that the RV selections are exactly what we have chosen, as well as, Ralph has provided us with updates regarding the manufacturing and anticipated shipping and delivery dates.
We look forward to taking delivery of our new RV in February 2019.
If you are in the market to purchase and RV or Trailer we highly recommend both Neil and Ralph at Happy Daze RV in Sacramento.
Horrible buying experience - ContactPatch
Although I really like the La Mesa, RV organization I had an absolutely horrible buying experience with La Mesa, San Diego. Nothing but misrepresentations, broken commitments, and poor service. On the plus side, I did take my new RV to La Mesa, Tuscon who bent over backward to make some of the bumbled delivery services right.
Terrible purchase experience and lack of service - Jessica
My purchase experience here was so bad I thought it had to be for one of those candid camera shows where they try to make customers freak out.
These guys pulled my credit for a loan application without my permission (I made an all cash purchase) forgot about installing a hitch, kept me in the dealership for over eight hours on pickup day, lied repeatedly and didn't do most of the technician inspection I paid something like $1300 for.
After finally getting the brand new fifth wheel home, problems began piling up. It flooded due to a drain pipe never being connected at the factory, the wall melted the first time I used the stove, the water heater quit working, and the list goes on and on. They ignored my calls for weeks and told me that the warranty salesman who told me I could get mobile warranty service at my location had lied.
Months have gone by and some of these problems have still not been addressed. Each time I call to follow up on parts it take 5 to 10 calls to get a reply and then I'm told they didn't even know they were supposed to order parts. It's just ridiculous at this point.
Poor Experience - Jake
The overall experience with Richardson’s RV was poor.
Purchase of the Trailer: During the process of negotiating with the sale person over the prices, she would state over and over again “you are looking to buy too much coach.” That was not the case, was just looking to not pay too much. Once we agreed on a price, it took over a week for the trailer to be ready for pick up.
Purchase agreement and walk through: The walk through was good. The gentlemen that I worked with as respectful and helpful. During the walk through, we noticed that the posts for the tables were missing. Signing the documents was a good experience. The lady I worked with was very nice and working with her was easy.
Receiving the missing table posts: This was a major hassle. I was told when I received the trailer that the posts would be ordered. A couple of days later, I followed up on the posts and the lady I spoke to was rude stating, “I will call you when they arrive.” After a week, I follow up with the trailer manufacturer. I was disappointed to find out that they had not been ordered. I was then contacted by Richardson’s, they apologized and shared that they had been ordered. A week later they called me to come and pick up my table posts. When I opened the box, they were the wrong ones. Just yesterday they called me and asked, “are you ever going to pick up you table posts?” I was taken back by how rude they were to me. I let them know that I was waiting for them to call me to let me know that they had arrived. She said well we left you a message. I have not been able to locate this mysterious message. The only reason I was able to get the table posts was by working with the manufacturer. I am sure if it was left up to Richardson's I would still be waiting.
I would not recommend Richardson’s to anyone. They are aggressive in sales and like any stereotypical dealership, the second you agree to purchase, they treat you terribly. They have poor follow up and I will never purchase another trailer from them again.
Very helpful upfront, terrible after sale. - Rodgers-Vey
They were very friendly and helpful upfront before the sale. Not so much after. Even worse a year later when I sold the vehicle and needed a refund on my extended RV repair warranty. I'm still fighting to try and get my refund 6 months later.
very poor service and repair - harry
New Lance trailer, returned for small warranty repairs- needed new thermostat (2nd request), and automatic awning adjusted, decal on door repaired. 8 weeks later, I got the new thermostat, had them mail the new decal to me (sent the wrong one) and wound up repairing the awning myself. had to make an appointment one month out to just have it looked at. Started the process in December, dropped it off in January, finally took it back in March.
