Rob was excellent. - Gloria
Rob was excellent. He made sure as a Mazda customer I was taken care every step of the way. If I had any questions, I had the option to call him and text him which is a nice feature instead of having to leave a message and possibly missing the return call. Thank Rob for making me feel part of the Mazda family!
Great Service - HD
Fast service, friendly staff. always appreciate the complimentary car wash! Prices are very competitive too compared to other dealerships in the peninsula. Highly recommend this place.
We are extremally pleased with the all services we - bonnieboney1
We are extremally pleased with the all services we received from this dealership. From the purchase to the service for software updates. We have found everyone to be extremely helpful as well as friendly. They go over a mile for you. I absolutely love my new car. Today met a gentleman who drove from Nevada to purchase a CX5. He explained that he has been researching for months and found them to be the most helpful in getting him what he wants.
Bad service - Mannyxx
I came today to get an oil change 02/02/2019 I’ve been coming g here for years. Since I bought my hummer here. They had the best customer service but today my husband forgot his oil change coupon And the wife could not find a current one to send to me. They did not honor the one I had. And not only that the service man Felipe cornejo 8345 was the rudest nastiest person ever Thinking in not coming for anymore service here Thanks Manuel

My son, student at UCI, took the car there for routine service based on my direction. His feedback was all positive, and gave me the impression that the staff was super nice to him.
Great customer service! - OneLove
Megan in service is always so polite. It's refreshing to interact with someone who takes the time to speak with you. Bobby is also very helpful and friendly.
They take advantage of women and try charging for... - Brooklynn1993
They take advantage of women and try charging for services not needed. I went in for a recall check and they told me everything was fine but I needed new brakes because they were almost metal to metal and it would cost me $500 and they could get them done that day. I decided to refuse the service and took it to my cousin who is a mechanic and he said the brakes were at 75% and had a year left on them.
