I visited Mossy Nissan in Poway for service a few weeks ago and was truly impressed by how friendly and helpful the entire team was. As a recent college graduate looking to buy my first new car, if I can convince my dad into relinquishing my current car for a new one. I was a bit nervous to look around because I was not buying this day. But Drew took the time to show me some Rogues. I know he got wrapped up in showing another customer a car I believe his appointment. Gabe a very charming Finance guy took the next opportunity to show me around and answer all my questions. I dont think his job was to show me around, I felt bad. But glad he did, very handsome and easy on the eyes. I did noticed he had alot of paperwork to do that was on his desk and i took him from that. He was straight forward, outgoing, and easy to talk to—plus, anyone who rocks cowboy boots and looks that good gets my trust! I left feeling comfortable and welcomed, and I know this is the only dealership I’ll go to when I’m ready to purchase later this year. Don’t waste your time anywhere else; Mossy Nissan Poway is where you want to be for all your service needs and to purchase a new car.

Firstly RSM Ford is where I purchased my F-150 hybrid. Matt sold the truck to me by locating a truck that essentially matched the configuration that I built online. And I drove out with it in a couple weeks. The service department is stellar as I have always experienced great service. My last service was simply a no charge recall. They called me to inform me of the issue and created my service time to my liking. Another Matt met me and took care of things. This guy is very personable and friendly. My truck was complete and washed in time for me to attend an evening commitment as I requested. RSM Ford is a dealership that can be trusted and desires to keep us customers happy. Side note; I purchased my first car at 16 at Downey Ford which has lineage to this dealership. I recognized old wall photos on the wall from Downey Ford and was informed of this fact when I inquired.

The worst dealership with regard to service and customer service in Southern California. Employees are often standing around, there’s no protocol with regards to helping customers, and every single time we take our 2018 X1 in for service, it takes 1-2 weeks and the service department needs repeated calls and prodding to give updates on when the car will be serviced or returned. They even misplaced our car when it was towed to the dealership for a battery change, as if there is zero communication between their Roadside Assistance/towing company and the dealership. Just a mess. I’ll be in the market for a new car in the next year; I will be reticent to buy a BMW ever again based upon my experience with this location and it’s inept staff, which is a shame, because BMWs are nice to drive and well built.
