If I could give Tony and iAutoOC 10 stars I would. I have been searching for over 2 months for a car that would fit the IRS Used EV/PHEV rebate program. Almost all of the traditional franchise stealerships were not helpful or just plain crooks. Yes we have xxxxty credit (sub 600 at the time). But that doesn't mean we deserve to be lied to and condescended. BUT none of that from Tony. He knew exactly what I was looking for and we had a deal in writing to my email done the day before. He also found us financing that would work with us. I did have a folder of paystubs and info. We made an appointment to arrive at his dealership and within 52 minutes we had signed all the paperwork and drove away with out new to us Plug in Hybrid. Tony was honest and helpful from day 1 to closing the deal. We are in the market for another car, and we will try to work with Tony again.

DONT BUY FROM THIS GUY...i went there ready to buy.FIRST WARNING SIGNAL, he did not want me to take it on a test drive without first negotiating a sales price! What???? He was very rude and unprofessional. I also got a really bad feeling that the car had major issues..although it was detailed, i could see the bad repaint job over the left side of the car along with scratches on the bumber. Bottom line, make sure you deal with an honorable guy, ESPECIALLY when buying a BMW. Take my advice and go elsewhere!

Sean did not follow through with anything he promised! He took payment for an extended warranty, yet failed to submit our contract. This left us without an extended warranty and made him a fraud. Within one year of purchase, our vehicle needed a new alternator AND a new engine! When we discovered we didn't have an extended warranty to back us up, Sean made lie after lie as to how he could help us out and keep us as happy customers. Unfortunately, we are more upset than ever and are having to go through the legal system! Please don't give this dealership your business, as you will only be sorry!!!

My experience with Integrity Auto Sales has been one of the most dishonest and frustrating experiences I have ever had with a business. I purchased a 2018 Range Rover Sport from this dealership and was repeatedly lied to about the condition and servicing of the vehicle. I was provided service records claiming repairs and maintenance had been completed, and salesperson Tony S. also confirmed multiple times in writing that the work had been done. I specifically have text message evidence confirming: the oil was changed the brakes, pads, and rotors were replaced the vehicle had been serviced prior to sale After purchase, I discovered those representations were false. The vehicle immediately developed a coolant leak, and inspection revealed what appeared to be improper repair attempts using glued cooling system components. The radiator now requires replacement. I also discovered: a windshield washer fluid leak worn brake components inconsistent with newly replaced brakes and rotors oil condition contradicting the claimed oil service additional fluid leaks and mechanical issues that should have been identified during any legitimate inspection What makes this even more serious is that I have written service records and written text confirmations from the dealership supporting these claims. Based on the actual condition of the vehicle, I believe Integrity Auto Sales knowingly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and provided false or misleading service documentation. This goes far beyond “used car issues.” This appears to be fraud. To make matters worse, I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve these issues professionally through calls, emails, and text messages to the dealership and ownership. I was ignored, dismissed, and given contradictory explanations until public reviews started gaining attention. I was also promised a second key during the sale process, which was never provided. At this point, formal complaints and reports are being filed with: California DMV Occupational Licensing Division California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) California Attorney General Consumer Protection Division Better Business Bureau (BBB) I am also preparing small claims litigation and preserving all documentation, photographs, service records, text messages, inspection findings, oil testing evidence, and repair estimates. Buyers should independently verify EVERYTHING and obtain their own inspections before purchasing from this dealership. Based on my experience, I would not trust the representations made by Integrity Auto Sales or its sales staff.

I feel compelled to write this review as I do not recommend anyone purchase or fly to see a vehicle from this dealership. I flew from Dallas to San Diego to view a used Lamborghini Gallardo which I was told was in immaculate condition from the car salesman there Eli. After landing at the San Diego Airport, I was notified just prior to seeing the car that the oil pressure malfunction light came on the day before. Eli reassured me that the car was in excellent condition. After taking a test drive, I was initially hesitant to even pay for a vehicle inspection because this malfunction had not been disclosed prior to me flying to the see the vehicle. Eli knew that I had a scheduled appointment to have the car inspected by Lamborghini La Jolla and reassured me that I would find no further issues with the car. I decided maybe he was being truthful and this light just happened to come by coincidence on the day prior to my arrival. I spent $500 on an inspection at Lamborghini La Jolla which had so many issues during the inspection that there was no way I could purchase the vehicle. These issues per the report included: (1) Oil pressure light on with oil temperature on the dash at the max (2) There was a short in a ground wire or possible incorrect sending unit (3) Ebrake handle needed adjustment (4) The clutch position and clutch reference position both had negative numbers (5) Error noted in the sport program button circuit (6) The incorrect tires were placed on the vehicle (7) The brakes were concluded as soft and recommend to be bleeded and retested. (8) The calipers were spray painted over from the wheels which were apparently painted black while still on the car. (9) No service records were available and no history of the car ever being serviced at a Lamborghini dealership These were just a few of a long list of problems with the car. Eli explained that Lamborghini apparently finds issues and problems with their cars because they are the direct competition. But any right minded individual buying an exotic is going to have it inspected at the actual dealership prior to making a purchase so this a mute point. I did ask for a refund of the money I paid to get the car inspected and the flight as I did not have full disclosure of the oil pressure light and various mechanical issues but was denied this. I am therefore filing a claim with the better business bureau and will be leaving reviews on nearly every website. I am dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of professionalism of Jake's Motorcars. I feel it is unreasonable to not fully disclose malfunction lights and issues a car has prior to a customer taking the day off from their job and flying out to attempt to make a purchase. Jake's motorcars does not seem to believe in customer satisfaction but I do know that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. I also know that a dissatisfied customer impacts the reputation of a company faster than any excellent marketing or advertisement. I do not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from or even visiting this dealership.

This dealership strung us along for a month telling us they were processing paperwork on. the vehicle and everything was good to go and then told us after we had paid a transport company that they had found something wrong with the vehicle and it was not worth the money to fix it so they were sending the vehicle to auction and it was no longer for sale.. Very shady practices.. especially for me being an out of state cash buyer. Not satisfied

BE FOREWARNED: DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. On 7/7/23 I bought a used Toyota Prius from dealer Henry Flores at Katana Motors. Exactly three weeks and 357 miles later on 8/1/23 the car broke down as I was backing out of a parking spot. The car made a loud noise and the steering wheel ceased to control the tires, making it impossible to turn the car in any way. I had the car towed to my mechanic who identified the cause of the breakage being due to new tie rods that had recently been improperly installed. Henry deliberately did not disclose this significant work and the CARFAX report did not indicate this work as having been done. My mechanic told me this is a highly unusual issue to occur and definitively concluded that the newly installed tie rods were the issue. My mechanic also stressed that this was a major safety concern and how lucky I was that this happened in a parking lot and not on the freeway. The negligence by Henry to not disclose this work and let me drive this compromised car off his lot literally could have resulted in fatalities, mine and that of other drivers had this breakage happened on the freeway. It absolutely frightens me to think what would have happened if this had occurred at high speed, unable to steer the car and follow lanes and curves of the road. Do yourself a favor: DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS with Henry at Katana Motors. He literally doesn’t care if he sells you a car that will kill you weeks after the sale. He should not be allowed to be in the business of selling anything.

BUYER BEWARE! Recently purchased a used vehicle from these guys. I was eager to buy since I was in need of a vehicle and I was lured in with a "to good to be true price." It was about $1000 under Blue Book for the particular vehicle I bought. When I bought the vehicle things went well for the most part. Place was a bit dirty, but hey it's a used car dealership and I'm not exactly rolling in cash. I dealt with a guy named Ramez there, seemed ok at the time. Nice enough guy with a quiet demeanor. I test drove the vehicle, it ran good, was clean and I was happy with the overall purchase. Despite the fact these guys don't put warranties on their cars I was ok with it. Ramez told me the reason why they were able to sell below Blue Book was because they did not offer warranties. I purchased the vehicle and drove off...with only a 1/4 tank of gas...never heard of a dealership not filling up a vehicle before it's purchased but whatever. Here is where the fun begins. 2nd day of owning the car...I'm driving on the Dumbarton Bridge. I begin to hear a knocking noise in my right front tire wall. I know I didn't run over anything so I think something is wrong. I pull over once on the east bay side...my front right signal/blinker cover has popped out of place. Upon inspection I see epoxy or glue residue on some of the clips that lock it into place. So I currently have my Blinker taped onto my car. The fun continues...a week ago (roughly 2 weeks after I bought this car.) I notice the brakes grinding. I take it into a shop that has won Mountain View, CA. choice award for the past few years for best mechanic. He doesn't even have to take my wheels off to notice that my Rotors are worn far beyond repair. I pay the $65 to have him do a complete inspection. He does and gives me the low down. " You need new rotors, new brake pads, and your front right caliper is sticking so you'll have to replace that." Great... he informs me that by law a used dealership is not allowed to sell a vehicle with less than 50% brakes. So I call up Kings and try to negotiate some form of vehicle repair with them. They assure me their mechanic looked at the brakes and gave them his ok. They say they can have their guy do the repair for much less than my mechanic in Mountain View so I decide to bring it back to them At this point I trust the guys at Kings Auto Sales about as far as I can throw them so I offer to buy the parts needed just so I have piece of mind that I will be getting new parts installed. I get the parts and they are suppose to cover maintenance...and by the way I also had verbal confirmation from Ramez that he would also fix my blinker over the phone. The day comes to have the car fixed...I had to have it towed there and they requested I leave the vehicle over night so that all the necessary repairs could be done. I agree. Next day, I get a call at 11am that my vehicle is ready to be picked up...I drive 2 hours to Sacramento. What do I see in the parking lot??? My vehicle...blinker still taped in place. I go inside to ask about the repairs...they only replaced the rotors and pads...and told me that their mechanic said my calipers were still new. I was so angry at this point I had to get out of there before I said something I would regret. They cut me a check for $100 to fix my blinker...I should have ripped it up instead of taking it. I feel taken advantage of...these guys didn't sell the vehicle up to used car standards and definitely did not meet the repair standards. I've called the dealership today and conveniently Ramez is dealing with customers so I'm getting avoided. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report these thieves, not that it will matter to them. I may also decide to explore my legal options in this case as well. Apparently they sold me a vehicle with less than 50% of brakes which by law they are not allowed to do. I paid for the parts which they should have paid for, these guys are crooked. Do not buy from Kings.

I purchased a MB GLK 350 from “Klass Motors” a few months ago and they are thieves and very manipulative. I was told the car had its A5 service done and that everything on the car was working perfect. It turns out that even know the CarFax showed no wrecks the car has clearly been in a wreck on the drivers front side. A few weeks after purchasing the vehicle the paint on the horrible repair job started to peel. I’m now paying $1000 to have that damage fixed. The engine also had major problems and I had to spend almost $3000 on engine repairs and the power module is also broken and its going to cost another $1500 to fix so I will have spent $5500 to fix what should have already been fixed by the dealer. It’s a really shady company and I would avoid them at all costs. What they are doing is buying damaged cars from auctions and putting a few bandaids on the problems and then selling then to unsuspecting customers. WARNING DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

On the day of my appointment, I am running about 10min late so I hastily drove into the first available spot to park. RED FLAG No.1: The next thing I know is that the Lusti Detail guy is suddenly kicking the front of my car...RED FLAG No.2: the Service Manager quickly diffuses this "little" incident but offers no remedy for the scratches on the hood of my classic BMW. WAIT A MINUTE!! The website video proclaims this Dealer as "San Diego's #1 Independent Automotive Service Center..." RED FLAG No.3: I AM CHARGED $300 FOR A LOOSE WIRE?!? Should have checked all reviews, including Yelp.com, before bringing my collectible BMW here! TERRIBLE STAFF PREDATORY PRICING are the reasons for this rating.

I flew in to the LA area to find the perfect car. I had researched several cars in 7 different cities around Southern California. I started my venture in Laguna Beach and I worked my way north. After visiting several dealerships I was getting discouraged with the quality of cars I was seeing. I drove over an hour to Major Motor Cars to look at 2 cars that they had in stock and I am glad I did. I found the perfect car and it was in showroom condition. My salesman, Fred, could not be more accommodating. He told me the price, I told him what I was willing to pay, done deal. It was that simple. I needed a ride to drop off my rental car which was an hour drive each way....done. I was hungry after an all day excursion, he took me to a nice dinner. While they were doing my paper work I was looking at all the cars in their inventory. I must admit I was very impressed. Every car was a 10. All had low miles, extremely clean inside and out and very fair asking prices. My advice, go to this dealership first you will not be disappointed.

Our sales person mislead us about a tow package being on the car. On top of that we were told CarMax was ordering us 2 keys fobs. This was not the case!! We had to make an appointment and then they ordered ONE key fob. Very disappointed!! My whole experience was terrible. On top of that, we have had the new/used car for 2 weeks and the brakes are bad. So tell me why they wouldn’t have checked the brakes prior to selling!!?? I am sitting in the service department now and they are telling me it’s going to take an hour to diagnose bad breaks!!! What the heck!!?? So then after they diagnose, I then have to make another appointment to have brakes fixed!?! Meanwhile my family isn’t safe due to bad brakes!!!
