The service department was well run and thorough. I needed routine maintenance and a fender repair, so they needed the car for more than 1 day. I was ready to ask for a loaner car, but they offered one without me asking. That was a nice surprise since other dealers I've used in the past make you beg for a loaner. It was nice to get a video sent during the process with the technician explaining what they saw and what they recommended be done. That was a nice touch. The maintenance was done well, and the repair looked flawless.

When rodents chewed thru my main electrical harness, Michael in service was excellent. He communicated well and kept me informed about what was going on with my car every step of the way. When repairs took longer than expected due to a back ordered part, he comped my rental car. I was so grateful for that as my insurance did not cover that. I have been dealing with the Sierra group of dealers with my last 2 cars (17 yrs.) and their service dept. has always provided excellent service!
