The customer service was impeccable, the facility is well maintained and inviting. The only challenge would be the “Express” service provided. As a Mercedes-Benz owner, and a service provider to Mercedes-Benz, I believe there is always room for improvement. I’m a Continues Improvement and Safety Manager for Performance Team Logistics, we are the service provider to Mercedes-Benz at the MB Fontana Parts Distribution Center. It is my belief that an “Express” oil change should be under 1 hour wait time, yet it took just over 2 hours to checkin, have service provided, and pay/checkout.
I do thank you for the professional service, and maybe this particular day was a little more challenging for the service department, I will be back and recommend, have a great day.
