Jon Berry has been my Service Advisor for many years, and now with a new 2021 GM vehicle I trust it to him and the folks at McCaddon Cadillac. There are many GM dealership/service centers in the area, and I have visited several in the past. None even come close to the quality of the experience at McCaddon. Thanks!

Dwayne, the service manager, was very helpful and extremely quick in attending to my needs. His right hand man, Austin, called me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service department and employees were very kind and courteous! I highly recommend them!

I took my 2019 GMC truck to a body shop to repair some paint damage on my tailgate. They screwed up my back up camera and it was taken to Dellenbach to diagnose. They couldn't figure it out so they installed a new camera and wire harness. When it was returned there was substantial paint damage AGAIN on my tail gate. They denied it and now I am back to square one!!! DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Made an appointment for service on my GMC on Friday April 30. Dropped off vehicle the night before. On Friday at approximately one, I got a call from them telling me they couldn’t get to my vehicle because they were short on help. They wanted to reschedule me over a week from today. Will not go back to them. There are too many dealers to waist my time on this one. I should have known better. Tried to buy a vehicle there and the experience was horrible. Ended up buying a Ford. The experience at that dealership was fantastic.

Service: None. Bill: Big. - MountainMan
Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.

Irina was amazing she went over and above to help my wife and I purchase our new Cadillac. I highly recommend Irina. Very friendly through the whole purchase and stays in touch to be sure all is going well with our Cadillac.
Very poor service! - Pontiac owner
Went in for a very simple recall and came out screwed. Very rude and arrogant. After my issue they stated they would change their policy but it doesn't do me any good. This was the first and last time I will ever go to them for anything.

I have been to several dealerships but this has been the worst by far. The level of service I have received has been outrageous. Each time I have been in for repairs/maintenance in the past six months both parts and service manager have been outside smoking and I had to wait until they were finished with their break before they would even acknowledge I was there. This is not to mention the times that I called for an appt. and got no answer. Most of which I made the calls from across the street just to see if the two were outside smoking when my calls were being ignored. And guess what? Low and behold neither was behind the desk. The other part of all this that was so frustrating is I got charged $89.44 for a simple remote reprogram for my key transmitter. I understand things cost but it is flat out UN-PROFFESIONAL to charge someone $89.44 for five minutes of work and give someone free mount and balance on a set of tires simply because they are a friend of the service manager. The reason I came to know this is while waiting to make payment I overheard the conversation between the customer and Aaron. The only part of this whole ordeal that was enjoyable is the technician was friendly upon returning my keys. It seems to me like the managers of that department need to be taking some ethics lessons from the mechanics. Overall, I would rate each of my visits along these same lines and would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a human being.
Regular Maintenance Appointment - Vlcrowell

I took my tow truck into Reliance a few months ago, the online reviews I found on them seemed really good and was the main reason I chose them. This was my first mistake and I didnt realize it until I received my quote from Dan Jamroz from the email email@example.com one click on Dan`s name brought me to the reviews he had done on his own company on http://citysearch.com, http://insiderpages.com and a few other sites. Upon further inspection I noticed that the 5 or 6 reviews on each site all happened on the exact same day and within about 30 minutes of eachother. Why would a company go through all this trouble to create a good name for themselves? Well upon further review of my quote I realized why. Right off the bat, the least amount of markup on an individual part was just under 600%, most of the parts were marked up over 1000%. They quoted my just over $2400 to redo my entire front suspension. Interestingly enough parts, labor, and tax only added up to just under $2200, when I asked about the extra markup Danny at the counter seemed embarrassed, but just played dumb. Pretty steep, considering the only parts they listed that I actually needed replaced was my pitman arms. Yep, really and truly, I passed a thorough DOT inspection after many repairs were done, but not a single one that was recommended by reliance was deemed necessary. Oh and the story is not done yet, when I had to pay for their `diagnostics` before getting a quote they couldnt provide me with change and told me they would just apply the $63 I over paid to future repairs, over two weeks later I finally get the repair quote, yes, over two weeks after the diagnostic was done they finally give me their quote which is when I went and picked up my truck. Ive called Danny at the front counter many times just trying to get back what belongs to me, everytime he says `oh darnit, I put that request on so and so`s desk`, its been over a month, just give me my money. They are liars and thieves and the reason people think of mechanics as such.
