When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. One of the main reasons I went back to King GMC is their service department and staff. Always attentive and ready to help. Try this dealership once and you won't go anywhere else. Thank You, Rex.

I completely forgot to update the review here. Update: Improved Experience with Grand Kia, about 6 months ago. After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia. It’s clear they value customer feedback and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Recommendation: I appreciate the efforts in turning my experience around. For potential customers, I recommend engaging directly with the service team and management to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of any issues. Grand Kia has shown they are capable of delivering quality service when properly addressed.

After buying a new Equinox EV, I had no internet connection, and dealing over the phone with Onstar was very frustrating. At Davison-Gephardt, Josh Smith, the service manager, took an immediate interest in my problem and found the solution. I'm very grateful for the attention he gave me, he made my day.

Steve Cantrell, What a wonderful person!! Steve is a very detailed agent, gave truthful information about the GMC we purchased and the value of our trade in. I would highly recommend that if you are thinking about buying a car give Steve a call first. Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

I went searching for a mid-2010 Toyota Tundra with low miles. Found a very nice show room quality 2014 Tundra Limited with the Crew Max cab with only 50K miles for a very good price at South Creek. I live in Idaho and worked with the guys at South Creek as a remote buyer. I had a great experience buying the truck in all regards. They found me really good financing locally for a very good rate. John and Cisco were very open to any questions that I had. Cisco sent me tons of photos of the truck before I made the purchase. They even delivered it to Boise for a very equitable fee and I got to have a nice conversation with the drive Abel who was a very nice easy-going person to deal with. Our experience was amazing. We found the vehicle that we wanted, set up an appointment, came and checked it out. It was immaculately detailed. The vehicle was/is in excellent shape. The owner was super friendly, not pushy with anything, negotiated with us, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He processed the paperwork. After we signed the paperwork and brought the vehicle home, we realized we were missing a mat. He gave us a whole set of new excellent quality mats. He has also offered to assist us with any upgrades we would like to do with this vehicle.
