Worst customer service ever - Marie
THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had to go in for my Axel which should be covered by warranty and they said that since there was a clamp [which has nothing to do with the Axel] that wasn't Range Rover they couldn't fix the car. That since I had my brakes done somewhere else they don't know if that person touched my Axel as well [the person who did my brakes was my best friend]. I went back and forth with them for weeks to the point where the owner finally reached out. I politely asked the owner if he could look into where they got the car from and if the previous owner had done work on the car and he said that he would follow up on Monday. I gave him until Friday and still did not hear back. I called, no answer. I called almost every day for 3 weeks and left numerous voicemails- even corporate called him and he wouldn't return their messages either. Don't get your car serviced here at all. They tried to charge me $1,700 for my Axel. I took it to a different dealership and they couldn't understand why they were charging me and told me it was 100% covered.
worst human kind, worst manager I ever seen - Lina GAO
I wanted to find out financing info the reception made an appointment for me, however, the finance manager Don refused to give me info even I was brought into his room. he talks me down, repeatedly saying:" you want to buy a $60k car?" He refuses to give me and asked me to see sales first. Told him financing is an important part of decision that I need to get info. the manager Brandon is an a..hole, so bad worst human I ever met. they made me feel so bad and cry on a Saturday morning.
Worst Experience - Adam123
Bob from Hartford Jaguar was nasty. His manager was just as bad. I don't know why anyone would buy a car from there. I called him for a price on a lease and when I told him I got a better price elsewhere he started yelling. II will tell everyone about my bad experience.
Went to Crest end of September 2011 to look at a 2008... - LShepard12
Went to Crest end of September 2011 to look at a 2008 Mercury Mariner they had posted online. Got there and my wife and I were immediately approached by Allen, who was courteous and very informative. He was also willing to make the deal happen, which was good for me since we had to drive an hour to get there. We agreed on a price an we ended up getting the loan and getting the car the next day. Allen was even patient when I forgot to sign the back of my check and it ended up taking almost a week and a half to get back to them. Overall Allen made me feel comfortable during the whole sale, and that's the first time that's ever happened while I was buying a car. I put a 4 in overall experience due to the battery dying right after the warranty ran out. But that kind of stuff can't be helped.
