Fair, professional, quality sales service - Secor customer
The young salesman (William from Volvo) was informative, professional, not pushy and acted as the intermediary between the Sales Manager (also professional, courteous and non-abrasive). Our deal was put together quickly, efficiently, fairly and without the general hassle that is often associated with the purchase of a car, new or used. The salesman (William) is a classy young man, one of whom could sell expensive, top brands, to those who do not like overly aggressiveness and "hot shot" behavior. Upon our return the following day, Finance Manger (Anthony Gonci) found us a fabulous low interest rate on our used car purchase and followed through with every detail, explaining every segment, in a friendly and professional manner. Our vehicle was nicely detailed, with a full tank of gas and we left feeling good about the vehicle we had purchased (2013 Dodge Grand Caravan), the net price and the overall experience. This is the second used car that we have purchased from the Secor Auto Group, with a good experience the first time as well.

When I found this vehicle on the internet (cargurus.com), I called the number listed at Secor, only to be told that they did not have the vehicle. I was provided another Secor dealership number, only to be told again that they too did not have the vehicle and it was most likely sold. However, they provided me a third phone number (Volvo) and salesman (William) checked "all of the dealership listings," walked down to the dealership that had just told me that the vehicle was not available and found the Dodge Caravan himself, personally. He called me back within ten minutes (I was searching other dealerships at this point) and told me that he would bring the Van to the Volvo dealership for my inspection.
I almost walked away from buying this car, because I felt being tossed into a run-around situation. The first three Secor sales people that I spoke to, did not extend an effort (like William did) to locate this vehicle and provide me a definitive location to inspect it. Had it not been for William, I would have made my purchase at another dealership. I don't have to tell you, that having a vehicle in your inventory, with nobody knowing if they have it, where it is and not taking the initiative to discover it, is a serious concern, I would think....Accolades to William (Sales Manager material).

I love this dealerships service department. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. I have dealt with about five different Mitsubishi dealers and these guys by far are the best. It's really a great feeling when you're driving to have work done on your car and it's to a place that you trust and know you're going to be treated wonderfully. Their service coordinator Emily is such an awesome and helpful person. My last visit was for a three hour appointment and they shuttled me to the local mall to kill time. Thank you guys.
The Sales Manager yelled profanities at my wife! - Unhappy customer
This was the worst buying experience I've ever heard of. They tried to get finance info from my daughter before even showing her a single car. When my wife pointed out she should at least test drive a couple cars before filling out anything, the sales manager (who identified himself as Ron Souza) screamed at her, using profanities and told her to exit the dealership. He also used made a disparaging mark about my wife to our daughter. I hope this dealership loses it's franchise. The salesman was kind, but the manager spoiled the entire process.

Michael Mitsubishi only recommended repairs that were needed, and told me that several repair items I thought needed doing were unnecessary. They could have easily recommended those repairs and made easy extra sales on them, but they did not. I was very impressed. The work was performed quickly and was right the first time. The price for the service was very good, and was less than I was expecting at a dealer. I am very pleased with their service, and will definitely go back there, particularly to Shirly Green for the next service.
