Take it from someone who absolutely HATES buying cars. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Jay and Rita were both so nice, upfront and honest from the get go. There are zero, count them ZERO hidden BS fees like at other dealerships. I had to do a double take on the purchase order when I looked it over because I'm so used to seeing all the extra crap. No upselling, no games, just solid and honest numbers on both my trade and my purchase. They were extremely respectful, listened to my concerns and honored my requests. I haven't even taken delivery yet, and I felt compelled to write this review. Do yourself a favor and go see them if you're in the market. You will not be disappointed in the least.

The Sales Manager yelled profanities at my wife! - Unhappy customer
This was the worst buying experience I've ever heard of. They tried to get finance info from my daughter before even showing her a single car. When my wife pointed out she should at least test drive a couple cars before filling out anything, the sales manager (who identified himself as Ron Souza) screamed at her, using profanities and told her to exit the dealership. He also used made a disparaging mark about my wife to our daughter. I hope this dealership loses it's franchise. The salesman was kind, but the manager spoiled the entire process.

Hi im Rebecca i came into your dealership today And although i did not walk out with a car from you folks today really didnt matter as much as how i was treated and. My children by mike the manager and the kind sweet Spanish lady who took care of me . I dont think ive ever. Meant two people in a place such as this that were so kind and wanted to do watever they could to see me happy it was genuine all the way and for that main reason in 6 months i will be back and i.wouldnt want to go any where else thats how much of a difference it made for me thank you both so much for this experience today .mike ur great man for real ur heart is big and the nice beautiful young lady who helped me as well ur so sweet and very kind aslo the man who was playing with my boys when i was speaking to mike the manager was also very nice thank u all i will DEFINITELY BE SEEING U GUYS A ND IM GONNA RECOMMEND EVERYONE I KNOW TO GOOOOO TO MITSUBISHI OF HARTFORD....

It was very good my experience was amazing, my wife and I left very satisfied with the company. We enjoyed it and the staff provided excellent customer service. They were very helpful with the whole process was very smooth. Thank you to the team at Mac Mitsubishi! This is my second car with them and they really strived for excellence!

Michael Mitsubishi only recommended repairs that were needed, and told me that several repair items I thought needed doing were unnecessary. They could have easily recommended those repairs and made easy extra sales on them, but they did not. I was very impressed. The work was performed quickly and was right the first time. The price for the service was very good, and was less than I was expecting at a dealer. I am very pleased with their service, and will definitely go back there, particularly to Shirly Green for the next service.
