Reset computer module ( new battery installed )... Could not get honest or straight answer.. felt like all they wanted is for me to hand over my 10,0000 in cash .. Got call from Mike and they bad mouthed me to my wife and wouldn't let her get a word in.. She ended call by screaming over his fast talk... "I STILL HAVE MY 15 .000 DOLLARS ".. THEN HUNG UP !!.. If that's how you want to be treated when outright buying a car then go for it ..

Folks, all I can say is save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this dealership. Too long to explain but the transparency, customer service and Thrift Investment Corp they use for financing, is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Don't spend a week of playing ping pong with no answers, no follow up, or no desire for them to sell a car. If you have a good credit rating, they will NOT approve you. They are looking for low credit scores and people with credit issue to stick a 13-29% interest charge to on long term financing and additional fees. Too many good transparent dealerships around to get involved with this runaround. They couldn't even answer basic questions of what conveyance fees or a general breakdown of the cost of the car. Almost one week of stringing me along before I got a letter of denial. That's with a Fico 8 Model of 787. I have five days of transcript that are too long to put on here but trust me. I've bought cars for 60 years and have never run across anything quite like this. If I could give A-1 ZERO STARS, I would.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where should I start? I've purchased 15 cars over 30 years and I have ALWAYS dreaded the car buying process, from the moment I've picked up the phone or stepped on a dealership lot until I drive off in my new car. That was until today, when I stumbled across Autohaus, Inc. We have been looking for an F150 for several months, I found a truck on cars.com that had all the features I was looking for at a great price. I called the dealership and spoke with the owner, Greg. He was exceptionally friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. He even crawled under the truck to take pictures of the undercarriage for me. I live 5 hours away and I didn't want to make the long drive to find out it had extensive rust. I called back and texted several times to ask additional questions and get pictures. Greg gave me his cell number and responded quickly and after hours. He was willing to hold the truck without a deposit, he had someone closer who willing to close the deal sooner but gave me his word he would hold for us to make the trip. We arrived the next day, 3 hours before the dealership opened, I texted him that I was there and he showed up 30 minutes later. Maggie was just as friendly and helpful, she was fast and efficient getting the paperwork done so we could get on the road to avoid traffic back to MD. There was no need to try and read fine print, look for hidden fees or spend hours negotiating. The price was already 2k below market value. A small reasonable processing fee of $195 where every other dealership was $1000 or more with multiple other fees. No pressuring to finance, no pressuring to buy overpriced warranties. There was literally 2 lines, the cost of the vehicle and the $195 document fee. I can't find one negative thing to say. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Greg and Maggie. Go to Autohaus, Inc. you will not be disappointed!!

I had a terrible experience with Carriage House Motor Cars and strongly advise others to steer clear. My vehicle was kept in their shop for over a year, meaning I missed out on the peak summer season entirely. When they finally finished, I was hit with an outrageous bill. They employ predatory, old-school tactics where they withhold the repair costs until after the job is done, then expect you to pay the total balance without any discussion or negotiation. It is a horrible company to deal with, run by people who try to take advantage of their consumers at every turn. Find a reputable mechanic instead.

Adam and Jason are truly Good Guys! They have great reviews online, and I am adding one more! They are very friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. My purchase came with a 60-day/3,000-mile warranty. They did a full inspection, replaced the windshield wipers, replaced the shocks, detailed the car, and I drove away with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend them, and will likely purchase my next used vehicle from them.

I purchased a 2009 GMC Savana. On my way home the low oil pressure light lit up on the dashboard. I had a mechanic check the 2009 GMC Savana and indicated it needed a new engine. I called Mr. Mitchell on July 14, 2020, July 15, 2020 and July 22, 2020 and indicated the issue with the vehicle and that I wanted a full refund. He indicated that he needed to speak with his business partner for a full refund for the vehicle. Never called me back to date. The mechanic indicated that the low oil pressure light was tampered with because close to the fifty mile mark, the light on the dashboard with automatically reset it. So New London Motors Inc sold me a vehicle that they knew was in need of serious repair and they tampered with engine just for the sale. Going to court soon.

Like another reviewer here, I purchased from Pat Skelly with some hesitation. The Carfax on the 2013 vehicle looked great and Pat assured me that he was "Irish-Catholic raised by a marine" and therefore was completely worthy of my trust even though I said I'd like for my auto shop to look at the car. Shook my hand and thanked me for that trust on my way out. A week later my mechanic got me in to take a look at the car - bad brakes and leaking radiator (4-figure fix). When I reached out to Pat to see if he'd help me resolve this he told me not to contact him again, that he couldn't be bothered with my auto shop. I asked to please return the car and that if he stands by what he sells he could sell it to someone else, he told me to get a lawyer. The ratings don't lie. If something doesn't feel right, walk out. Better yet, don't go there at all.

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Impala limited LS from Sound Auto Wholesalers back in May of 2024, it's been about a year and I have not had a single issue with this vehicle, it's been an absolutely amazing car. This vehicle was purchased from an auction and it was a former federal law enforcement vehicle and it was well maintained, I even inspected the Carfax history, oil changes were done regularly and maintenance required was done. This car has been simply amazing not a single problem and it's a beautiful car that was well maintained and I love it. Sound Auto also stuck with their policy regarding repair of the vehicle before sale, they put on four brand new tires, did an oil change, a complete vehicle safety checkup and put on all new brakes and rotors. I dealt with Joe my salesman who was fantastic. I purchased this vehicle online sight unseen because I'm a former Impala owner already and know and trust the vehicle. I was very sick at the time and the dealership held the vehicle with no deposit for over a month until I was able to get down there and finalize my deal. When I got down there, there was my vehicle sitting out there in front, shining and glowing for the world to see, like a star in the sky, it was beautiful. I can't thank Joe and the dealership enough for this sale and the price was also fantastic, only $10,000 for a car with 98,000 miles that's going to probably run another 10 years or more. I had a 2010 Impala that made it to 262,000 miles before if I got rear ended and it was totaled. I trust the Chevy Impala brand. The transaction and final sales paperwork when smoothly. The vehicle had plates on it and was ready to roll once the paperwork was done and I left there smiling. And now, a year later, I continue to smile. I give sound Auto Wholesalesrs five stars and if I can give them more I would. I'm a tough cookie to please but I got to tell you this experience was five stars all the way, despite all the negative reviews I see here on Yelp, in my opinion. Do not hesitate to buy a car from these folks at Sound Auto Wholesalers, they were honest with me trustworthy, and treating me with respect and kindness and I can't thank them enough. Ask for Joe when you go there....This is an honest, real and unsolicitated review of Sound Auto and ive not been paid or compensated in any way!

Purchased a van and 24 hrs later started having problems, to the point where the van wasn't drivable at all. John refused to help at all claiming that things happen all the time to vehicles. He also stated that he had done a check of the van and nothing was wrong with it. I saved the ad that he had posted and it stated that the van was "Perfect Inside And Out." We were from another state so bringing it back to him to have it looked at wasn't an option since the van wasn't drivable and having it towed would have cost a small fortune. Needless to say, just as we thought, he straight out told us that he wasn't paying for repairs and then stopped answering our emails.

I purchased my 2008 Mini Clubman S from Vertucci in the fall of 2013. Joe Vertucci is straightforward & honest & made the entire experience easy for me. I continue to take that car (and our Subaru) to Vertucci for service & they are top-notch! Shortly after I bought the Mini, it had a weird rattling. I took it to Vertucci & he knew right away what is was AND was pretty sure there was a recall for the precise issue! He called the local Mini dealership to verify the recall & arranged for my car to be repaired at the dealership for free under that recall.

I had the worst experience with a pre-owned vehicle here. I got a 2005 VW jetta through them in March and by June the car shut down completely on me while on the highway almost creating a horrible accident where I was not going to make it through. The engine then caught fire on me to top it off. I purchased the extended warranty on the car and that did no good in trying to fix it or find any solution. After 2 months of calling them non stop and still no solution of getting me out of this car or it even being fixed I went to a different dealership and traded in the car. I now have the remaining balance rolled over into my new loan making me pay higher payments. This was by far the worst decision I've ever made. Worst customer service ever. The manager Hector literally laughed at me over the phone and said there was nothing he could do for me. Ridiculous to think I wasted my time and money here. Never again!

I first met Beau when I won a free oil change. I was very impressed with his car knowledge. He now does most of my maintenance on my two cars. He refuses to use "cheap" after market parts for most repairs and uses OEM where possible. You get what you pay for. I bought a used car for each of my grand daughters and they have about one year on each. They love them and everything on them works. I appreciate how Beau checks out every car he sells from stem to stern. Have another grand daughter who will be 16 in less then two years and I will certainly return to Beau's

I had been in the market for a used Corvette for quite a while, but had not found the right one until I drove by Eagleville Motors and spotted a sweet looking black 1999 coupe. It turned out to be a very low mileage car and in pristine condition. I was very apprehensive, but Andrew spent all the time I needed to review whatever my concerns were. There was absolutely no pressure, only a lot of good information. He gave it all then stepped back and let me make the final decision (which took about a week). The purchase was virtually seamless from their lot to my garage. The negotiated price was very fair. Andrew, Elecia, and the entire staff made this my most comfortable and enjoyable car buying experience ever. Everyone is very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The couple minor issues I found were handled without question or delay including one I didn't even notice. The only time I was kept waiting was while they finished detailing the car to make it perfect before I left to bring it home. I absolutely recommend any purchase from Eagleville Motors!!

Andy Saved MY LIFE !! I went there with my PT Cruiser and it was smelling with exhaust and gas. I drove it to their place , took 1 hr. Got there and Andy said " How did you make it here?" IO can't let you ride this! It is dangerous!! " M y friend followed mt there to take me back. BUT while I was there Andy put the analyzer of the PT DRUISER and found out my car never got repaired!! and showed the results, I agreed to leave it there and Andy gave me 300.00 for it Asked me if I would like the Mazda he had on the lot, and I agreed! BEEN HAPPY EVER SINCE. He is NOW my Mechanic!! ......By the way, I was not there to buy a car. It just worked out that way .
