Jim and Rodney were very helpful during the purchase of my F150. The truck was advertised appropriately and was exactly what they described on the phone. I would do business with them again.

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Impala limited LS from Sound - richardwthunbergjr

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Impala limited LS from Sound Auto Wholesalers back in May of 2024, it's been about a year and I have not had a single issue with this vehicle, it's been an absolutely amazing car. This vehicle was purchased from an auction and it was a former federal law enforcement vehicle and it was well maintained, I even inspected the Carfax history, oil changes were done regularly and maintenance required was done. This car has been simply amazing not a single problem and it's a beautiful car that was well maintained and I love it. Sound Auto also stuck with their policy regarding repair of the vehicle before sale, they put on four brand new tires, did an oil change, a complete vehicle safety checkup and put on all new brakes and rotors. I dealt with Joe my salesman who was fantastic. I purchased this vehicle online sight unseen because I'm a former Impala owner already and know and trust the vehicle. I was very sick at the time and the dealership held the vehicle with no deposit for over a month until I was able to get down there and finalize my deal. When I got down there, there was my vehicle sitting out there in front, shining and glowing for the world to see, like a star in the sky, it was beautiful. I can't thank Joe and the dealership enough for this sale and the price was also fantastic, only $10,000 for a car with 98,000 miles that's going to probably run another 10 years or more. I had a 2010 Impala that made it to 262,000 miles before if I got rear ended and it was totaled. I trust the Chevy Impala brand. The transaction and final sales paperwork when smoothly. The vehicle had plates on it and was ready to roll once the paperwork was done and I left there smiling. And now, a year later, I continue to smile. I give sound Auto Wholesalesrs five stars and if I can give them more I would. I'm a tough cookie to please but I got to tell you this experience was five stars all the way, despite all the negative reviews I see here on Yelp, in my opinion. Do not hesitate to buy a car from these folks at Sound Auto Wholesalers, they were honest with me trustworthy, and treating me with respect and kindness and I can't thank them enough. Ask for Joe when you go there....This is an honest, real and unsolicitated review of Sound Auto and ive not been paid or compensated in any way!

Trustworthy cars - SeaBeeJack

I first met Beau when I won a free oil change. I was very impressed with his car knowledge. He now does most of my maintenance on my two cars. He refuses to use "cheap" after market parts for most repairs and uses OEM where possible. You get what you pay for. I bought a used car for each of my grand daughters and they have about one year on each. They love them and everything on them works. I appreciate how Beau checks out every car he sells from stem to stern. Have another grand daughter who will be 16 in less then two years and I will certainly return to Beau's

Very nice dealership. - Chaz

Very nice dealership. Lots of cool, mostly foreign cars. Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully we can strike a deal and I will drive away with a Z3.

I have only three words: bait-and-switch. Don't expect a car you see online to be available when you make it there. At best, the vehicle will be "in detailing" until further notice (understand by that: it will never be back).

This is my story how I bought Honda Odyssey in another - Dmytro

This is my story how I bought Honda Odyssey in another dealership. I decided to give a scon chance to dealership where manager did not get back to me first time. I was really surprised to see same manager trying to take care of me. This time situation started in a similar way - I waited for around 30 minutes till manager will decide to go back to me after greetings. I was patient this time and described that I'd like to get a brand new Honda Oddesey and I need financing. I was stunned when he invited me to sit on his working place, unblocked his PC, and told my to putt all the information in the form for financing, and runned away again. After few minutes I realised that basicaly I'm doing his work, so I leaved that place and had a brand new car in about an hour at another dillership. I'm really sorry that Sam Maddin had to leave client second time in a row. Hope he managed everything needed. Really busy man.

First off, they size you up when you first walk in. - New car buyer

First off, they size you up when you first walk in. If you're a minority they act friendly then make you wait. While waiting they will take the next person that comes in. When they get back to you the niceness wears off because you did not leave. They treat you as if you have no money. I was going to pay cash for a GV80. They were rude and so was the sales manager. I left and purchased my car at Milford. This dealer must have friends, family and employees leaving them good reviews because everyone I speak to about this dealership says nothing good about them. The Norwalk/Ridgefield Genesis dealer should be shut down.

Bought a bunch of cars in my lifetime and Jazzi Auto has - Rubicon81

Bought a bunch of cars in my lifetime and Jazzi Auto has by far been the most easiest and non-stressful dealership I have EVER been to without a doubt! Was hesitant to go to a smaller pre-owned dealership instead of a big name dealership. Minute I stepped on the lot Ashley greeted me while I was looking at a 2014 Grand Cherokee. She was so down to earth and just talked to me as a regular person. After test driving the Jeep we sat down and talked numbers and they had no issue with me taking it to a mechanic to do a safety check. Jeep was in perfect condition for its age! I would definitely recommend people to go to Jazzi for their vehicle purchase! Thank you Ashley and Jazzi Auto!

Quite possibly the most pleasant car-buying experience - cw1877

Quite possibly the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had! They were responsive to email inquiries, honest and forthright about details; the car I was interested in was there and ready to be test-driven, no high-pressure up-selling tactics; everything was clean and in good working order; good selection on their lot with good prices; entire transaction was completed in about one hour!

My experience with Blasius of Bristol was extremely - Mikesbab

My experience with Blasius of Bristol was extremely disappointing. Before making the trip, I was asked to send photos of my trade-in vehicle. Based on those photos, I was given a trade-in value and led to believe we had a deal in place. Trusting that information, I drove nearly four hours to the dealership. Upon arrival, after only a brief inspection, I was informed that they were reducing their offer by $3,000 because of rust they claimed they could not see in the photos. I found this explanation difficult to accept, especially since the photos were sent directly to a cell phone, where zooming in on images is a basic feature available on virtually every modern smartphone. As a result, I spent almost eight hours driving round-trip and was at the dealership for less than ten minutes before having to leave and return home. Had the dealership thoroughly reviewed the photos beforehand or communicated their concerns prior to my trip, it would have saved everyone involved a significant amount of time and frustration. While I understand that trade-in values can change based on an in-person inspection, I believe customers deserve accurate evaluations and transparent communication before making such a long journey. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Blasius of Bristol.

I can't say enough about the service I received from all - Viking53

I can't say enough about the service I received from all of the people at Canton Auto Exchange. I primarily worked with Jay beforehand as I was looking for a first car for my daughter. Canton Auto Exchange had what I was looking for at the right price and ameneties. I felt so confident that I flew across country to get the car and drive it back home with my daughter. When we picked up the car we were welcomed by not just Jay but all of the employees. Jay even called us when we were halfway home just to check in with us.

We purchased a golf cart from Crowley and their service - ESK25

We purchased a golf cart from Crowley and their service department is a complete joke. We called them right away when we had an issue with the radio, they told us "oh well, it's not under warranty you have to fix it yourself." Several months later, we had additional electrical issues with the cart. I called the service department again....."oh your cart is under warranty, let me call the company." Did they call me back? Nope. Called every day for a week - spoke with Victor the sales manager..."oh yea, I'll get back to you by the end of the day." Did they call me back? Nope. Useless. I called Mr. Crowley directly and left a message. Did he call me back? Nope. I tried to get help from them for over a week and they would never respond. Always the same response, "we'll get back to you." Complete and utter incompetence. In fact, at the same time we had issues with our cart, our neighbor said he was trying to contact you too! And guess what he said..." I can't get anyone at Crowley to call me back." Hmm...notice a pattern here? Crowley RV - you should be ashamed of yourselves. It's clear you have no idea what you are doing, your customer service, response times, and follow through are non-existent. I finally was able to connect with the manufacturer directly, Premier Custom Carts, and they were AMAZING. They came out, apologized for the terrible service from Crowley, reported that MANY other customers who purchased carts from them had the same issues, and took our cart and repaired it in 2 days, no questions asked. So now, we have made sure that we inform EVERY single family that camps in the area to never purchase anything from you. Folks, do yourselves a favor - if you want a golf cart, go to sales@premiercustomcarts.com and purchase it directly from the manufacturer because they know what they are doing and stand by their product. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase a golf cart from Crowley RV. This company is despicable.

Buyer Beware. - Missed a Bullet

Buyer Beware. Went to buy a XC60 from them. Set an appointment and went and viewed the car and took it on a test drive. There were some minor issues and it appeared the photos on the website had been edited to hide dents and scratches. However the car ran well so I overlooked those issues and we negotiated a price dependent on it passing my mechanic’s inspection (always take a used car to a mechanic before buying). I took it to GoodYear and they highlighted a few minor issues and said the dealer should easily be able to fix them. Everything looked fine so far. Went back to Faris Auto Mall and they agreed to the fixes and I put down my deposit and signed at the price of $16,999, and scheduled to take delivery later that week at 2pm on Wednesday. I would later go on to talk to them 3 more times that week to confirm my appointment. I get there at 2pm Wednesday and a different rep then the one I had been working with had me sit and wait. And wait. After waiting for 15 minutes I get a text from the person I was dealing with that he had quit because he didn’t like their business practices. That was definitely a red flag. After that text they still had me waiting, and waiting, until I had been sitting there for half an hour and finally demanded that things happen. They seemed surprised I was there and let me take a look at the car. It looked like they had fixed the items but by that point I didn’t have the patience to check. I finally was able to sit down with the finance guy to sign the paperwork and take the car. After another 10 minutes they put the contract in font of me and asked me to sign. However I started to read through the contract and do the math. This is when they began to look concerned. I found out why when the math didn’t add up and as I turned to the next page the price of the car in the contract had changed to $17,999! A thousand dollar increase!! This was not due to a warranty (I had declined it), or the tax title or registration, that was listed in other places. The actual basic price of the car had been swapped! This is what we call fraud, and if I hadn’t been diligent I would be a sucker. Of course they claimed it was an “honest mistake” (Scotty Kilmer on YouTube says all car hustlers say that) and after I pointed out the number had changed they said they didn’t like my attitude and I had to get out of their dealership. Buyer Beware!
