The General Sales Manager, Mr. Ralph Avila, is very quick to let you know if you’re not ultra-rich, he doesn’t want your business. For Mr. Avilla, a 3k-10k down payment is not the client he wants to deal with, and I’m better off going to Honda since that’s also demeaning and insulting by Mr. Avila. Mr. Avila should control himself and his insults to us hard-working people even though he doesn’t think 3k or 10k is a lot of money, but for the rest of us, that’s a lot of money. Maybe he should humble himself and be a sales manager at Honda because if you drive a Honda, that’s beneath him. He was also very quick to let me know he would suppress this post.

I have never left a bad review for any auto dealership until. Worst experience in 30 years. Flew from Charlotte to Orlando over Memorial Day weekend with check in hand from Pentagon FCU, and their corporate office refuses the check. We got Pentagon FCU on the phone and they say no dealership does this. Field Auto Group says it is what it is. What we bet happened is they got a better offer and decided to stick us with a bunch of travel expenses. Can't trust these people. Just unspeakably horrible people. They seemed to enjoy this based on the flippant conversation. Now we are having to book a flight back instead of driving back. Update: GM tried to save the day by discounting price to account for the problems and delivering the car to me out of state - but his accounting staff intervened and would not complete the transaction regardless. Their reasoning was even though I can't take ownership or possession of the car today (since the credit union check would have to take a week to clear and then after that they would deliver) my insurer would have to cover the car regardless, which my insurer would not do since I am not receiving ownership or possession until the car is delivered.

Overpried 100k over MSRP from Rolls Royce Almost, no upfront finance terms after pulling credit did not receive monthly payment or disclosures from rollys royce financial direction which is a violation of financial process. Rollys Royce Financial never emailed me nor did the Dealer the terms offered by Rollys Royce Financial for me to choose a Car, later I found out I was approved for 250k purchase then later I said That doesn't add up because I have a. job in finance Myself, later they pushed the envelope because I confirmed that they did not have the right application information on file for me and probably used Old addresses, etc, Later basically I was told I was Approved for Full Amount I wanted for the Ghost from Rolls Royce Financial however, I got so turned off that it was this stressful to conduct the transaction that I chose not to buy from this dealer as they cost me huge consequences business wise I needed this vehicle to be delivered on Time and for good reasons on April 11, 2023. Yet it was not done on the date I needed, and I decided to hold off and got much better prices on the Rolls Royce elsewhere.
