Martha and Chris oversaw the work and as always kept me up to date on the progress. I have dealt with this two experienced service employees for several years and they are the best. Chris even drove my RV to my house once the work was completed after I had fallen and broken my wrist. Thank you Camping world.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 3 months and 3 days and you would think that Auto Nation Collision Center would communicate.................You think wrong. It was so bad, that I owned two (2) Porsches and upon getting my vehicle fixed and returned to me and immediately traded in my 2016 Porsche Cayman S with only 11,927 miles for an American manufacturer.
Every week I called after 1 1/2 months without car. Always a different story. Blame this, blame that, etc.....They never texted or e-mailed to tell me progress of vehicle.
Furthermore, I will NEVER do business of any sort, again with Auto Nation.

My car was in the shop for over 5 weeks. when I picked up the car it still had problems. I brought it to a different body shop and they wanted $5000 to fix the problems AutoNation created. my rear bumper which was replaced with a new one was GLUED onto the quarter panel. Allstate finial totaled out my car they said it was too expensive to fix the problems AutoNation created. I will never use or visit another AutoNation company.

Ron Hooven and Chip, stepped up to the plate and have agreed to fix the damage that I couldn't prove was done at their shop. They both saw the pics before and after I brought my 5th wheel home. They could have walked, but instead did the right thing with NO excuses or other BS. Honesty and honor are hard to find in todays world, it has a home in the service department @ Ormond Beach. It's along drive from St. Aug. to here but well worth it and Chris is always there to answer my questions and offer advice. Tough combo to beat.

They won’t even take in our 2018 RV to review broken issues for 2 months. Why bother having extended warranty forever if it takes months to get your RV back on the road!
They do not care that we we have to make payments on an RV we can’t safely drive or have they convenience of using.
DO NOT PAY THEM for warranty since they can’t address timely!
You WILL have to pay for repairs out of pocket if you want to travel frequently!

Dropped 5th Wheel Toyhauler off for repair from tire blowout damage and had them look at my refrigerator which was under warranty on October 12, 2020 and finally picked it up 3 months later! Service advisor calls me Oct 26 and says RV is repaired but they had a little issue when they were moving my RV. They bent my front landing gear at roughly a 30 degree angle and scratched up both sides of the RV. Took about 2 weeks to get the parts in and the another week to repair the damage they caused. They call to say RV is ready, I go by to look at everything. Greasy handprints all over the are where they replaced the landing gear and the repair from the blowout looks like crap as they didn’t take pride in their workmanship at all. A 5 year could apply sealant better than what they did. They totally butchered up the install when replacing the front landing gear as they didn’t put all the sheathing that they pulled off in order to replace it. They could’ve easily gone in the the storage compartment but choose to rip the front skin off. A senseless repair due to Camping World”s negligence. They call again and say it’s ready and I have to inform them again of what’s wrong and missing, I even marked everything with blue taped. I finally picked it up Jan 9th, 2021 and they still didn’t put on the latch to hold my fuel station door open that I pointed 3 times and the plastic molding was all cut short when they replaced from where they had to repair the front landing gear. I just had them give me the parts from the shelf and said I will do it myself. I also had to order Lippert Leg Pins from Amazon because they didn’t take my old pins pff and tried to put some cheap crap on. Still waiting on my reimbursement for that. Needless to say I had to cancel 4 camping trips and my Christmas Disney trip due to not having my RV which should’ve been finished in roughly 2 to 3 weeks.
The refrigerator issue was for the freezer door as it was building up frost on the door, they took it upon themselves to do a whole test on the system which wasn’t needed as it works fine on electric and LP. They did let me know that I had a gas leak from a regulator on one of my tanks. Kind of funny how that happened when it’s was fine when I dropped it of 2 months ago and along with their damage. They wanted to charge me $250 to repair and I said No, I will do it myself for $30. They also tried to say that I couldn’t leave their lot with it not repaired and I said I will turn the tank off or take the tank off...Duh.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE and advise all of my friends and other people I meet. I should’ve known better due to the fact that I brought it to them for warranty work years back and it was broken into and damaged along with other things.

Beware, don't go there. I have had the worst experience with Autonation Toyota at fort Myers. I had a leased car 2018 CHR and decided to return this car earlier then I had to. The person who helped me understood that the only way I would re-lease a new car is if they took care of the mileage and remaining payments. They agreed. Well, months after having the car, nothing was take care of. Finally, after two months with me calling more then ten tines, they paid the car payments but not the mileage. I would never go to these people again or refer others. Don't go there if you trying to lease a vehicle. If I can give less then a one star, I would.

I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500.
I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest.
I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value.
Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me.
BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there.
