RAM 1500 Truck, called to get my truck serviced as the cruise control went out today and the warranty is about to expire. Was told they couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks, I said my warranty will expire in that time frame and they said I'd then have to pay for the service, they suggested I just call around to other dealership to get the truck in there. Really? I said that was NOT acceptable they next (Amanda) suggested I drop it off, I asked if I could get a loaner and she said no! I called Walker Jones and they were informative, made me an appointment for service and will have a loaner vehicle available. I will not be buying another truck from RAM in Brunswick as they couldn't care about servicing your vehicle afterwards. And the service manager couldn't be bothered to call me back as well.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
