I have lost faith in the quick lube facility. I think they randomly make up stuff that needs fixed on your rig to up-sell. I had my brake fluid flushed by a trusted independent shop 3k miles ago. I took my rig in yesterday for an oil change and was told my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. I checked it when I got home and it was clean as a whistle. I was also told my aftermarket air cleaner element was filthy, but I had just cleaned it 3k miles ago. I could go on, but you get my drift.

I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the service department. I took my 2020 Jeep in to be checked out (still under manufacturer warranty) I was hoping to be a regular customer for service at this site because I just purchased this vehicle. The first Person I dealt with, Stephen was wonderful. He was very helpful and told me straight away what was wrong with my car and that I would need significant work, and that they would help arrange a courtesy vehicle for me. And then sent me over to the service manager Jeremy. The service manager told me to wait in the seating area while diagnostics were done and arrangements made. I waited for 1.5 hours, while multiple other’s came, had their service completed and left. I checked with Jeremy who was very busy and he did not seem to remember what was going on with my vehicle and then said that I still needed to wait. I Waited another hour and still nothing. I asked for a shuttle to my house. He said that I should be getting a call in 1-2 hrs . I received no call. So I called them... he said it was going to be another 2 hrs. When I finally went back to pick up the courtesy vehicle my husband and Jeremy had a conversation about the lack of communication and customer service. We ended up taking my vehicle home to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. I will NOT me back. After reading other customer reviews , I see that there is clearly a pattern of poor communication with female customers. Consumer beware!!

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. The service representative I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and wasn't overly pushy, which is pretty much all I can ask for out of a dealership. I'd definitely recommended them to anyone.

Customer Commitment: Where the Rubber Truly Meets the Road - Captain Covid
An open letter to the owners and upper echelon at Dave Smith Motors:
I'm two and a half years into my relationship with Dave Smith Motors. The vehicle has experienced a couple of electrical or electronic issues that are a little alarming considering it has less than 11,000 miles. That's on the maker.
What has not been an issue is the response and service I have received from the folks at DSM. From Curt Zeller's assistance with financing to Jenni Busch's excellent response to service requests, I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer commitment I have received. Though I don't know the names of the individuals who have done the unforeseen repairs nor those who have performed the routine maintenance, all have exceeded expectations.
When reviewing this, please keep in mind where we are at as a nation: The economy is in freefall and much of the country is in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic and the associated and often-lethal effects of COVID-19. Despite the inherent dangers of something as simple as customer interaction, these folks perform their jobs without any sign of hesitancy or fear. Two months ago, they would be doing just that: Their jobs (albeit, doing them well). Today, they are truly going above and beyond.
Please recognize your unsung heroes who are going to keep your business afloat. It's not the brands you sell, nor is it the salespersons who xxxx them who have earned my loyalty. It's the folks in the trenches who deal with dissatisfied customers and handle the exchanges who are going to carry you through this unprecedented xxxx storm. I tip my hat and give a North Idaho nod to those who are the backbone of your company, our economy, and our nation. Salute!
Done with Dennis Dillon! - unhappy
Our relationship with Dennis Dillon, Caldwell, Idaho has been interesting. Purchased new Ram Big Horn in late 2016, traded a 2015 Toyota Tundra. We were not overwhelmed with the deal but accepted the terms as fair. About two weeks later we were contacted by the General Manager and asked to stop by as there were details of the trade that needed to be cleared up. Turns out that Dennis Dillon, when getting the payoff for our trade used the wrong figures... We still owed about $2000. We said too bad, their error. Unfortunately, hidden well within the volumes of documents is a clause that makes the buyer liable for any errors despite the error was on the part of the seller. Dillon refused to accept any responsibility, refused any attempt at compromise. We paid the difference.
Fast forward: Although vowing to never purchase form Dillon again, out of convenience we continued to utilize the Service Dept. For recalls, etc. Generally, recall parts were ordered and we awaited a call to advise of replacement schedule, at our persistence, eventually most upgrades were implemented.
Most recently (last 30 days) we began noticing rear-end noise when shifting from drive to reverse. After some reluctant coordination Dillon agreed to look at it. Turns out differential is out, parts to order, cannot drive. A week later repairs done. 150 miles later, noise and shifting issues reappear. Returned to Dillon and aftre considerable discussion was advised that everything was normal and nothing more could be done...Advised to drive it until it gets worse or completely fails, then they could do something.
Last week I called left a message for the service advisor handling our issues thanking him for his patience in dealing with out issues and advised that we were experiencing vibration in the drive shaft, would he please call so we could discuss. NO response. We have taken to another mechanic and discovered the drive shaft and u-joint have been incorrectly installed resulting in vibration at all speeds which will eventually result in excessive third member and differential wear in addition to uncomfortable driving conditions. We are done with Dennis Dillon

We bought our used Jeep Compass in Jan.2020 and the salesman was great, but yesterday we drove 40 miles to see if the service dept. could help me update the GPS. Walked in the door and a very nice young man told me to go out to the service dept. So I did and I stood their for approx. 5 minutes with 4 guy's who acted like they were to busy to help me or even acknowledge me. I finally gave up and left. Now I am a Senior Citizen and I have seen good and bad service and this just has to go in Very Bad Service.
Do not buy or service your car from Goode Motors!!! - Cait
Beware ... Do not buy or service a car from this place. Took two cars in to get an oil change and one minor other repair and left having to pay close to $3,000.00. To top it off took the cars back home, had them sitting in a heated garage not being used and two weeks later went to start one of the cars and it wouldn't start. They take no responsibility for their work. We had to get the car towed back down and they tell me it's just bad luck on my part. Now I have heard horror story after horror story about this place. I just wish I would have know before the fact. I am writing this to people know for the future!!!!

During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint.
Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction.
I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.

7/5/2019, 38 miles, I bought / financed a 2018 Ram 2500 6.7 Diesel Mega Cab. We ended up paying $66,665 out the door. Right away we noticed the sunroof was leaking water when we ran it through the car wash.
08/12/2020, 17,631 miles, I Drove my vehicle in for a warranty repair at dealer for sunroof, Auto Ranch made repair. I drove it through the car wash, the sunroof was still leaking.
11/11/2020, 21,662 miles, I Drove my vehicle in for a warranty repair at dealer, Auto Ranch again for sunroof leak & check engine light on. Dealer made repair. Again I drove it through the car wash directly after repair. The sunroof was still leaking & check engine light came back on within a couple miles.
12/10/2020, 22,719 miles, I drove my vehicle back to the Auto Ranch dealer again for sunroof leak & check engine light on & new Problem with U-Connect software freezing up and shutting down. Mountain Home Auto Ranch only addressed the check engine light issue. Service Adviser Daniel Hawkley called me and advised me they found the problem with the check engine light, it was the DEF pump that was defective. The pump was covered under warranty, but the Auto Ranch did not have the part in stock and further advised they have checked all options and no one in the country has one. A new part wasn’t going to even be manufactured until 4/2021, I should not drive the vehicle because it will breakdown. I told Daniel I couldn’t just park my truck for four months and asked if they could take a new pump from one of the trucks on their lot. He said NO, I found a new factory Chrysler pump online and asked him if they could get that pump and install it in my truck. He checked called me back and said NO. I picked up my truck and Service Adviser Daniel Hawkley handed me an 800 phone number to Chrysler Customer Service in India and said Good Luck…
12/10/2020, I called the Chrysler Customer Service in India and spoke with a female who was intelligible. I eventually got out of her that she was going to pass my complaint to a “Customer Care Specialist” and that person would get in touch within one business day. I waited three business and called back explaining I haven’t been contacted by anyone yet. A male (name unknown) advised me that the female I initially spoke with did not process the complaint property and I need to go through the process again with him. I explained the situation once again. He advised someone would get a hold of me within the next 24 hours.
12/15/2020, I received a call from James, a “Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Customer Care Specialist” He advised me he was assigned my case, and he will be trying to get me a rental car, but said they only reimburse up to $35 a day. Case # 77928326
12/16/2020, I haven’t heard from anyone yet so I called James at the end of the day. He said he had called and explained the situation and asked Brad Caldera “General Sales Manage” at Mountain Home Auto Ranch if he would authorize a rental car. Brad Caldera denied a rental or loaner vehicle.
At this point whatever they come up with is too little – too late. I have had it with the entire situation. I’m Sick & Tried of crappy UNSATISFACTORY Customer Service and over promise/ under deliver tactics from Dealer Service Advisers, Chrysler Customer Service in India, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Customer Care Specialists, General Manager and most of all a Crappy unreliable Chrysler / Ram product!
As of yesterday I have entered into negotiations with another dealership for a new truck and I’ll be trading my lame Ram in. After it’s all done I’ll have lost $5,000 to $6,000 on this trade-in. It makes me so mad I can’t see straight. I bought a brand new $66,000 Truck and got such Crappy customer service after the sale! If you can even call this customer service! You can bet I will NEVER spend my money on a Chrysler product again!! And I’ll do my best to deter others from doing business with you people as well. You people should be ashamed of your selves!
” Thank you for contacting RAM Customer Care. Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding customer experience.” YEAH RIGHT…. Don’t ever contact me again!

It’s a shame that this is a Rogers dealership. My family has purchased 11 cars from Rogers Toyota in the past 3 years and they are excellent to deal with before and after the purchase. I made the mistake to decide to by a Jeep from what I thought would be an equal experience from another Rogers dealership but was sadly mistaken. From the time we purchased the vehicle the front-end makes a clanking noise when stopping and starting. For 5 months they have had the car in and out of service with one misrepresentation leading to another. Had to get Jeep customer care involved which helped commutation but little else. I have been waiting on a call for a part they believe is the problem that was ordered just to find they have had it for a week but never let me know. I have now started the process to enact Idaho’s Lemmon law which is a pain but at least the Jeep nightmare will end soon.
No guarantee on work no customer service - Frustrated
I had a mechanical problem with my RV while passing through Salmon, Idaho. The Repairs they conducted on my RV failed after less than 500 miles. When I tried to get issue resolved they said there was no guarantee and nothing could be done. What? Engine they worked on is a Ford engine; they are a Ford dealer! They have now refused to return my calls leaving me stranded as the result of their incompetent repair job. I don't know what's more frustrating; lack of competent repair or complete lack of customer service! Giving them 1 star is overrating them. If I had an option I would give them a zero! A zero rating for zero service.
