My husband was driving our daughter and her friend Home from college for thanksgiving. Our Honda broke down. They got a tow to couer d’Alene and spent the night in a hotel. They called the Honda service center as soon as it opened and were told to drive 30 miles to find someplace else. Or they could wait a week and the Honda service would get the car looked at. This is terrible customer service. No happy holidays here! What a rude, unkind, place. Travelers beware, hope your Honda doesn’t breakdown in couer d’Alene idaho. I wouldn’t trust anyone or any place that refuses to help out a stranded family.

During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint.
Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction.
I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.

Timely service but no mask wearing by front service staff putting customers at risk, they continually push unnecessary additional services, costs are much higher than bid elsewhere. They belittle customers like they are uneducated about their vehicle and service needs.

I so appreciate the fast and friendly service I got yesterday. Oscar Trejo was a real treat to work with and very helpful. They where very busy but after i had explained my situation he was very understanding and was able to send a technician to my house with in 10 minuts. Lewis Henry got my van up and running and I got it in to them for a new battery. Within no time they had me back up and running. Not only that but they got my van all washed up and pretty for me. What was turning out to be a bad morning for me on my day off they made my whole day better. Thanks so much guys you rock!
