Well where to begin. - ltagney

Well where to begin. Me and my wife bought a vehicle from them that when we test drove it all seemed well and working fine once we signed the paperwork my wife drove over to Costco to go get gas and well the check engine light came on. Worried that i had been screwed over i took the car to auto zone and got a code read on it and it was the catalytic converter which the part alone would cost almost 900 dollars and the transmission started to act funny as well. Reached out to the online portal and was told to bring the car back and they would fix the issue and give me a loaner to drive while that was all being handled. They have been working on my car now fixing all of the issues involved with the vehicle turns out it was multiple things not just the CC. Eli and the crew have been generous enough to go through it and fix all the issues that it had when they didnt need to and i am thankful for that. It has taken sometime now and hopefully all will be well when i pick up my car on Saturday Lee

I called so many dealers and they did not call me back. - vurayo

I called so many dealers and they did not call me back. Kyle knows the buyer principles, that buyers need attention and deserve good customer relationship. Kyle answered all my questions and he show me the truck that i want through face time call. He even start the truck to show me that it is in good to perfect condition. I call him just one time and he explained all the details about the truck that i want. He doesnt play around. He wont make you wait for a long time..You can trust Kyle. He will help you fast 100% without hesitation. So i bought the chevy silverado 3500 and transported my truck to san diego.. I will do business with Kyle again in the future. Keep up the good work Kyle. Bravo.

This was the most pleasant new car buying experience I - Sloughfoot

This was the most pleasant new car buying experience I have ever had. Brad Becker and the friendly folks at Midway Hyundai made it easy. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They sold me my new Santa Cruz at MSRP with no hassles over add-on items. Yes they did offer an extended warranty, paint and fabric protection, etc., but were not pushy about it. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a 1994 Toyota pickup sight unseen from - eric4nier

I purchased a 1994 Toyota pickup sight unseen from Pacific Motors-Boise and was assured by the salesperson Ryan and Dave that the vehicle was road ready and would have no issue with the 1,200 mile drive home. Fortunately for me, I was able to have it shipped instead which might of saved my life. I truly doubt I would have made it home safely on 17 year old tires. First and foremost the truck is solid, but the 2009 tires were a major safety concern. I advised them of the 17 year old tires and gave them the opportunity to make it right and they completely ignored me. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and will be suing them in small claims court. I had the tires replaced immediately and the $1,200.00 that I spent is truly a non-issue. I’m disappointed in the way Pacific Motors handled the entire situation. Also, any other reputable dealership would have at least tried to make some type of financial arrangement to make it right! Purchase at your own risk; However, be warned that this dealership obviously doesn’t care about the safety of their customers or they would have never allowed a vehicle with 17 year old tires off the lot!

They were very considerate and understanding of my - Fiesta man.

My regret is I went in to buy a truck from this - Omar

My regret is I went in to buy a truck from this dealership during a time when I shouldn't have, however, we NEEDED IT. After weeks of shopping and comparing prices, I found a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ at this dealership. They were asking way too much to begin with, almost 20K. I negotiated with them and they will not go below $17,500 which is still above and beyond the book value. Anyway, I was getting tired from shopping and I was told it was clean!! So I went in after work, I get off at 5pm. I darted out of my house and made it to Soda Springs at 6pm. Because I am a considerate person, I took their word for it, and it looked beautiful. I test drove around the town with a hustle since I am keeping them late (Big Mistake). Also I didn't check every little detail like I should, thinking (They are asking way too much for this truck, but it is still cheaper than the other options I was considering (RAM), it must have gone through their shop right? Wrong. So I go sign the paperwork like an idiot on 07/21/22, but before I do I asked Denika the sales person, a few questions, and she knows nothing about the truck, the back up camera was not working, so I asked her why isn't it working? She kept pushing buttons on the mirror and it turned on. I figure maybe I need to play with things and everything is working fine? When she handed the keys she didn't know what all of them were for except for the ignition and the Tonneau. Anyways. I proceeded to the finance office, and asked about extended warranty, and the one they offered was terrible. It gets better, I drive it home and bring it up to speed, it shakes. We smell strong coolant coming into the cabin by the time we get home. The rear DVD system doesn't work (One does, the other doesn't when we clicked it, we clicked the one that did work, lucky us, but the main one that DVD's goes in does not even turn on). Then I push the power folding Mirror, one folds, the other doesn't. Engine light came on. I call them the next morning, freaking out, and wanting to return it, I get told by Jodi the Finance lady, NOPE. Work with your sales person. I reach out to Denika, she ignores me. Then when she responds, she said that they can look at the shaking and coolant because that is a safety issue. However we are very busy (of course) hit it and quit it. We agreed for me to drop it off on Sunday 07/24/22, and they will look at it Monday 07/25/22. I dropped it off Sunday, and come Monday, I hear nothing. So I get anxious, and I text Denika, no response. Then later I get a text from Colton in Service, telling me they will look at it later and they are two weeks out. Days go by, and it's the end of the week already. Then Denika gets back to me on 07/28/22 to let me know they finally figured out what was wrong (Radiator leaking). Then she waits all day to tell me what the plane is. Then I ask a few hours later, Any updates? she replied "They are still looking at it and for the parts." At this point my patience is running thin, so I reply, "Can't you guys just take the truck back and unwind this deal? This is getting ridiculous to be honest. It's taking a week to figure out what is wrong with it, and I don't know how long to find the parts, and then however long to actually fix it. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE YOU LISTED IT FOR SALE! I NEED A TIME FRAME PLEASE. No response from Denika. Then on 07/28/22, I got a response that they got all the parts and they should get it done by Thursday 08/04/2022!!! Long story short, I got the truck back and none of what they said they fixed was fixed. Power folding mirrors still not working, neither the DVD player nor the radiator reserve look like it was flushed to put the new one in. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE...I beg you, I am trying to do you a huge favor by paying it forward. Learn from my mistakes, be smarter than me. Buy your peace of mind and don't let what is supposed to be a joyful experience by buying something new, even if it is used, a horrendous experience, because it will be. Also watch for their generic, cheesy response.

Elijah and the guys at the Meridian branch of Instant - mikedavis1974

Bought a cherry used BMW X5 40i from Taylor at Lyle - dmcIdaho

Bought a cherry used BMW X5 40i from Taylor at Lyle Pearson's Auto Group in Boise. This is a class act dealership and Taylor is a class act sales represntative. He found me a very specific car and helped me purchase it quickly before it was advertised to the public. The price for this car was less than book and certainly less than I would have paid at a BMW dealer. He went the extra mile and delivered all the car's history records, Carfax results and all other sources of car history available. After I signed the check he again went the extra mile and made certain this car was detailed like you would expect from a Porche - Mercedes dealership. If you are looking for a high end used vehicle I would contact Taylor at Lyle Pearson's Auto Group first. He will do the work, find you the righ car and help you make certain it IS the right car at the right price. What more can you ask of a car sales representative?
