Tanya in the service dept is the best! Came in with an issue under warranty and had to get to another state for a funeral asap. She set us up with a rental (which hyundai paid for 100%) she called almost daily to update me on the part's whereabouts, when it arrived and when the work was complete. I appreciate that VERY much. What started as a nightmare was quickly handled by Tanya and her team. They even cleaned my car before receiving. A++ highly recommend.

I got a van from Dave smith and at the time Kyle Galaz helped me finding the right van even though I was 900 miles away, he would keep me posted as to when he got new inventory and always stayed on top of things . kyle is now the sales manager and I can see why. Here’s my story…..girl out of town, flew in & drove home with my 2012 Jeep Wrangler!!
I flew into Boise to visit friends. Went on a walk down the green belt and stumbled upon Dales Auto Sales in Garden City!
Kyle (son of Dale) happened to stop by afterhours as I was admiring the 2012 Jeep it was the Friday evening before Memorial Day weekend. Kyle treated me like a person; not a potential car sales buyer. SERIOUSLY - There was no hidden agenda, no covert actions, no powerful hand shake or any “normal car sales lingo or tactics”. Kyle was there to get the trailer to go dirt biking for the weekend with his family. We chatted it up and found out that Dales Auto Sales was close due to the holiday & would not be open until Tuesday May 28th. I learned a little history while chatting with Kyle. His father Dale has had the dealership for 46 years. Dale is 76 and continues to work with his son selling cars and building relationships.
I returned on Tuesday and met Dale. What a pleasure it was to meet him. He had his Idaho socks & sandals. LOL – just so you know everyone who lives in Idaho wears socks with their sandals. My first impression was spot on…..I like this guy!
After I provided my driver’s license & insurance information Dale respectfully gave me the low down on my potentially new ride, a 2012 Jeep Wrangler all lifted 35x12.5 tires & wheels – CLEARLY a CHICK ride!! Dale placed the dealer plate on the back of the Jeep & I was on my way to test drive this beast.
Upon my return I gave Dale my written offer along with my “wish list” of fix it items. I need to say; I personally call myself a “Car Whore” & do know a little about cars. I have purchased three Jeeps and I would like to think I know what to look for. There was no back & forth it was a HOME RUN. Dale said to me, I respect your offer Sharon; here is what we can do. We made the deal happen…..HASSLE FREE!! No twisting of the arms, legs or “typical” car salesman manipulation.
My 2012 Jeep Wrangler was quickly financed & I was on my way back home DRIVING to Spokane. Dale called me a day later to simply make sure I made it home safe. What a kind man……like I said in the beginning of this review there was NO hidden agenda. I let Dale know that I was very happy with the Jeep. Oh, my husband was also happy…..bahahahaaaa
I would not hesitate to refer anyone to visit Dales Auto Sales to purchase a used vehicle. I think Dale & Kyle sincerely care about their customers & want them to be happy.

After a poor experience at a dealership in North Spokane, my husband & I walked away from a deal on a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that checked every single box on our list. The Jeep was great, the price was right, but the sales manager was pushy & rude, so we walked. The next day we found the same model at Midway; a year newer but lacking a couple features that were on our wish list. From the moment we arrived it was obvious though that Midway was worlds apart from the first dealership. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed; and our salesman Curtis Heirston was friendly (also funny), understanding, and genuine. Also, Curtis recognized right away that I (“the wife”) was not simply along for the ride, but rather just as much in the driver’s seat as my husband when it came to making this deal. The previous dealership was dismissive of me and my research and focused the conversation directly to my husband. Curtis at Midway on the other hand was impressed with my knowledge, and super respectful and equally attentive to us both. I should mention that Derrick in finance offered the same genuine respect and friendly disposition as well - especially considering we were pre-approved and using outside financing. This seemed to be a major pain point for the previous dealership, but Derrick was gracious about it and it was really a “non-issue”. From Curtis working for us to get us this Jeep, to management (who we didn’t even need to meet because they let Curtis do his job), to Derrick in the finance department wrapping up the particulars – Midway listened to our needs, understood our budget, and delivered a deal that we are more than happy with! This Jeep may not have a tow package or memory seats, but I don’t care! Sacrificing those features to do business with folks who understand the value of customer service and relationships is well worth it! Sincerity are integrity are priceless, and as it turns out those are the two things that I love the MOST that came with our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited! Thank you Midway! Seriously, thank you!

I knew that when I bought the car there would be a few things that would need fixed including back brakes. I thought it was strange that the gas tank was so low. On way home I filled it with gas about half mile from home. When I got home gas was pouring out of car. I took it to my mechanic the next business day. After a thorough review of car there was issues with car. But most of all the tank had been installed without any gaskets. The other items did not concern me as much as the fact I could have easily had the car catch on fire and died. I can never buy another thing from them because I cannot trust a company with such disregard of my safety. Plus what they did was not legal evidence err n on as is car. Please be careful buying anything from them. The crash thing is I had planned on going back and buying another car from thg hrm they had on lot but I am to scared to do it.

I went to test drive this Lexus IS250 2006 with a friend and we noticed the window shield cracked and as we were driving it, it made a lot of noise from the brakes. After I test drove it I talked to someone from Image Auto Sales named Tom that if I purchase the car I would like them to fix all the problems on it since the price of the car was almost $9,000 and with 127,106 miles! The man was writing the things down on a notepad and took my number and said he'd call back to get them resolved. I bought the car thinking the problems will get resolved however a year later and they still haven't called or resolved anything. Ever since I got the car it's had problems and now I'm left with having to pay thousands of dollars on it. Not to even mention I traded in a Malibu 2001 with 130,000 miles and they only gave me $300 on it! I tried to call them and see why they haven't fixed anything on it yet, and all they can tell me is that they have nothing written down that shows them they will fix the car. It really frustrates me. I would not recommend them to anyone! Stay away they will ripe you off like none other.

You walk into Ozzy's, and you think you lucked out. They have great salesmen, very friendly, no pressure. You leave thinking this place is awesome. Read the reviews, it's all the same, sounds great.... Well they aren't!!
They really crap on you once you leave with your car! Took the car down after we had it for a month when it first started making a weird sound. They checked it out, said it's nothing to worry about. Months later, engine dies. They don't return calls. From other reviews, looks like this is fairly common practice from this dealership. Don't trust the cars they are selling you.

E.M. motors is running around finding Mercedes Sprinter Vans buying them, putting a wheel package on them, cleaning/waxing and marking them up 40% or MORE...Yes, they are adding 15-20K to the the price tag to flip the car off to you. I find this appalling, and you should too. They are inflating used van prices as you read this. E.M. Motors are artificially inflated used vans in many cases beyond the original selling price.
So you say " that's capitalism" I say this should elevated price fixing be illegal. This is a prime example of a "stealer-ship" (dealer) taking a resource, monopolizing it, and then artificially inflating the value. That's not capitalism that is the fleecing of America.
Why can't you just go to a car store and shop for cars from a bunch of different manufacturers without getting taken to the cleaners? Why don't cars have real price tags — with real prices, that people actually pay?
They provide plenty of friendliness when you talk with them. But why wouldn't they, they are stealing money out of your pocket and putting it in theirs. I believe in a business making some money and feeding a family. E.M. Motors is GOUGING the price. They are not making a couple bucks providing a quality service, they are marking up a product beyond an acceptable rate for finding these vehicles.
E.M. Motors is a prime example of why car buying is so unpleasant and so untrustworthy. I question what our local legislators are doing to keep it that way. When our local legislators should be doing something to CHANGE this type of STEALING from the consumer.
Do your research. Walk into E.M. Motors with tremendous caution.

I purchased a vehicle from Harris auto sales , with the impression that Richard was a honest person... boy was I wrong . Richard insisted the vehicle was in top notch mechanical form , me not being a mechanic I believed him .
He went as far to brag how Thorough he is to make sure that each vehicle is in tip top mechanical condition. So I made the deal without have a second inspection... my mistake.
After the deal is done , shortly there after I take it my mechanic and to my surprise it’s a mechanical disaster, brakes leaking , worn , tires, steering all need replacing ... so much for being thorough.
The mechanic even showed me how the brakes were never even inspected because it had the factory installed retaining tabs on the brakes ..
This guy is a shyster , greasy lyre ... learn from my mistakes .... do not do business with this clown .
If you do ... you have been for warned , or get another opinion from a legitimate Mechanic

THEY COMPLETELY LIED AND SAID IT WAS RUNNING GREAT BUT NOW THAT SHE'S HAD IT AND DROVE IT FOR A WEEK SHE'S FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS ABOUT ANOTHER 10,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS IT NEEDS. SHE TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY TOLD HER WE DON'T HAVE TO DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION AMD TOLD HER TO GET A LAWYER. THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE IN GLENNS FERRY WITHOUT CALLING HER FIRST AND BAITED HER INTO BUYING THIS TRUCK. THEY TOOK ADVANGE OF HER MENTAL STATE BECAUSE SHE WAS HAVING A HARD TIME AND NOW SHE'S STUCK MAKING PAYMENTS ON A BROKEN TRUCK. DON'T GO HERE.
